Waited not more than 10 min. Dr. Gill is very kind and friendly. If he is unable to take care of your needs here he refers you to other specialty doctors that can. The office is very clean and cozy. This is a great place for urgent care.

Myself and all three of my kids have all been seen by Dr. Gill. He is patient, thorough and accessible. I have always seen him, never an RN, and I’ve never had to wait very long, like at most doctors offices. I recently saw him when I became ill with a kidney infection and he checked on me after my office visit to make sure I was progressing properly! I highly recommend Dr. Gill to anyone!

Our entire family has been using Around the Clock MD since opening. We only have wonderful things to say about Dr Gill and staff. They have helped wein us back to health a number of times and we are so grateful to Dr Gill for all his help. This office is clean and they do their best to get us in and out quickly.

Bottom line, go to another Ugent Care in the area.

Bottom line, You have no choice but go to another Urgent Care in the area. Did you tell Unilocal Users you were dismissed from our practice several days before you posted this review?

–Single visit? There was a second visit for my son on 12÷13÷15 which you charged $ 695 which I paid on 2÷29÷15 — This is the bill I reference below. Do you really want me to post this bill to a website and copy a link here? It won’t allow me to embed the bill into this post.

Here is a reply I wrote earlier to the Dr.‘s post. We’d need a team of lawyers to weed through all his non-​sense:
The doctor has posted 27 times since I wrote the post below. He is breaking the law by listing both my husband and my full name. He is making stuff up saying that I am accusing Aetna of something which I am not. He is misrepresenting our communication by posting the first recorded call opposed to the second call where he was extremely rude and hung up on my husband (the call he refers to below). There is so much more… I am done.

This guy seems like a bully but make your own judgments on this one. Look at his reply to his only bad Unilocal review. He’s talking court and lawyers and fraud… I don’t know their whole story so I’ll just tell ours.
We have been here twice and both experiences were awful.
Here is my story:
The first time was when I had thrush from breastfeeding. Without examining me or looking at the symptoms the Doctor told me that it was not thrush. He wanted to do several tests to diagnose which ended with no medication for my pain. I sat in pain for two days until Monday when my OB confirmed that it was thrush.
My husband went there later because he hadn’t heard my experience.
Here is my husband’s story:
I took my son in and we were told that a routine visit cost $ 172 which I paid upfront. (Around the Clock claims the $ 172 was simply a partial payment so we can chalk this up to a miscommunication.) My son was diagnosed with Strep but the doctor said we probably don’t need to treat it. Great! We were out of there in less than 5 minutes. A month and a half later I get a bill for the remaining balance of $ 695. I called to see what the bill was for and they told me to call Aetna even though Around the Clock doesn’t take Aetna (this was clear from the beginning). Aetna confirmed they could do nothing. So, I call Around the Clock back and they say «we’ve already contacted our lawyers. Cease all calls». Oh my, Dr. This was my second call, we weren’t late on the bill yet they had «contacted their lawyers» after my first call questioning the bill? I paid the bill the next day because I don’t have time to be mad or to fight it — I’ll simply never go back. Then we got a notice two days later saying that we’re not welcome there anymore. Yeah, we know and we weren’t planning to go back but the letter pushed me over the edge to write a bad review.

Doctor Gill is so caring and thorough!
My mother became very sick with a terrible cough. We tried to get her in to see her primary doctor, but she was out sick… That turned out to be a blessing.
We went to Around the Clock, Doctor Gill determined that my mom had pneumonia. After prescribing some much needed antibiotics and cough meds, she was feeling better within a few days. We even received a couple follow-​up calls from the doctor. I’m so glad to know that she has a wonderful doctor to turn to anytime she needs help.

Very professional, quick to get you in and most importantly you see an actual MD rather than a RN like at most other urgent care facilities.
I would recommend going here even if it means coming across town.

Wow that is a bit much and not correct. In no way did I say those things. Not the place to discuss but that does not even apply to me, makes no sense. As I said beware I think my point was made. Now being my insurance is being billed 1600 for a doctor office visit? No test were performed or lab work was just a consultation/​visit. Sorry I hate seeing this type of things happen and should be handled in a more professional manner than discussing details on public venue like Unilocal.I will call your office Monday there are things in your reply that are quite alarming.

Excellent customer service. I went in with my daughter a month or two ago and I was greeted with open arms. There weren’t many places open that accept our care provider «group» but they made it so easy and called our insurance provider without me having to lift a finger. My wait time consisted of filling out the new patient forms and that’s all. I’m so glad I found this spot. :)

Went on a Sunday around 4:30pm. Very quick service. So happy I went here. Plus I got a follow up call today.

So glad for this place! After running around to three urgent cares all morning Saturday finally came here and would never go any where else! Great Dr and staff to get you in out and help my little girl. Highly recommend this place was there for about 30 min in total not a long wait at all!

I went to this urgent care on a Friday at 1:35 in the afternoon since this is one of the urgent cares listed by my health insurance. When I walked in the doctor was sitting behind the computer at the front desk. He told me they were closed for lunch. Then he asked if a was a patient there. I told him no that it was my first visit. I then asked if they were going to be opening back up. He said he was not sure. He asked what was wrong and I told him I had pain in my right side and lower abdomen. Since I had been taking a medication which had a side effect of UTI, I thought that is what the problem might be. I never made it out of the lobby. He told me to go to St Agnes. I did not feel it was bad enough to go to the emergency room and did not even get a chance to explain the situation before I was basically told to leave. I thought urgent care was supposed to be available if you could not get in to see your regular physician. I did not think you had to be an established patient. My doctor is not in on Friday. I will NEVER go to this place again.

Went to Around the Clock on a Sunday. I’d been having an ongoing problem that was exacerbated that day. They were very accommodating and the wait was very short. Dr. Gill was very patient and really listened to me, like really listened and tried to get to the bottom of my problem. Unlike most Drs who are on auto-​pilot and kinda humor you even though they’ve already made up their mind what your diagnosis is. He made sure I understood everything he was telling me and then asked if I had any further questions at the end of it all. I can’t even get that out of my primary physician so I was pleasantly surprised to experience that from an urgent care doctor. Unfortunately they can only accept my insurance for urgent care visits otherwise I probably would have made Dr. Gill my primary doctor.

Came in with my aunt for counseltation, the doctor was very helpful and nice. Best urgent care in that area. Very clean and organized. Would definitely come back again, and I recommend it to eveyone.

Pleasantly surprised that a small top quality Urgent Care is available in our area. Dr. Gill has a kind and professional demeanor. He diagnosed my condition carefully and explained in detail the illness and the process in my healing. I felt listened to and well in his care. His staff repeated to me all her findings, instead of me having to ask for each results. Convenient, clean and served quickly. Dr. Gill even returned my call to make sure I received my prescription. I highly recommended this office and will return when needed.

Staff was very nice! Affordable too considering I am self employed make too much to get Medicare and until affordable healthcare act costs more in penalties than coverage I will remain uninsured. The doctor had great manners. Explained everything in detail to me. I will definitely go there again. The man who runs the front counter is knowledgable and accommodating.

Clean, nice accommodating staff. I took my 2 year old in for an ear infection. They made sure she was happy by putting cartoons on in waiting room and giving her scrap paper to draw on. Will come back if needed.
