Apex operates with «one on one fitness» gym.

We are appointment only! We preserve the time and privacy of our clients! Please call if you wish to tour the gym and set up a routine.

I have been to many trainers in Fresno, this is by far the best experience that I have had. The gym is clean and you get personalized and focused attention while you work out. Armon is very knowledgeable and is a fantastic example of his training methods. I have been training here for about three months and I feel brand new again. More importantly my Doc is happy with the weight loss and my lab results are tip top. Armon truly helped me to change my life! If you have a goal he will help you reach it. Armon won’t be easy on you — he will expect you to do your part and the results will speak for themselves. My highest recommendation!

Strength grew leaps and bounds. Bench went from 245 to 300, put on 12lbs in 2 months. I strongly recommend Arman to anyone, even my 50+yr old mother now goes to him. Can’t go wrong with results and price!

Easily the most affordable and accommodating personal trainer I’ve found in Fresno. I’ve been training with Arman for about a year and it’s been a great experience. He knows what he’s doing and I always get a solid workout. Never been much of an athlete but I definitely feel more confident now. It hasn’t been a problem rescheduling sessions when work or family obligations conflict. He also worked with me to develop a custom diet plan (vegan) that fit my ethics and my fitness goals.
The new setup is pretty swanky, but I was still happy at the old location. Arman is a funny dude and doesn’t scream at you like some other trainers. Apex is a solid 4-​star gym.
