Working with Bill was one of the best vendor experiences in I have had in Fresno.
I left a message. He called back. He got out to the house ahead of schedule. He found the problem and gave me a very competitive price to fix it.
He is a pleasure to do business with.

After getting estimates from several very professional AC companies with competitive pricing we decided on Advance Heating and Air to replace all the AC ducting in our home. It was a very big job as many changes needed to be made to the system. Bill and a helper worked 10 hours the first day 4 hours the next day. A beautiful professional job was done to our total satisfaction. Now our AC unit is operating efficiently and we are thrilled at how it cools the home. We highly recommend Bill and Advance Heating and Air to anyone needing AC work done. We will surely call Advance for any future AC work.

Bill called me back within 1 hour of leaving a message. I explained my situation and he mentioned that he didnt do evaporative cooler repair any longer but he was familiar with the electrical issues.
He was very patient, listened to what I had already gone through and pointed me in the right direction. Turned out that my unit was shorting out after installing a new motor because the wiring in the hvac junction box was crossing. I rewired it according to his verbal specifications and low and behold… it works!
Not only was it the right answer, but he was willing to provide the pointers to me over the phone since I was already¾ of the way complete with it — and was free of charge since he didnt do the HVAC repair any longer.
Thank you for your kindness and willing to spend the extra time pointing me in the right direction as I am not an electrician, but now I feel like one! Sucks that its 108 degrees outside toooo!

Bill knows Air conditioning! Had great communication, fixed what needed to be fixed and he’s just a very trustworthy type a guy.

We called Bill to perform a diagnostics test on our unit, we were told by another company that the whole unit needed to be replaced for $ 15 000, Bill came out and found the problem in less than 20 minutes. Quoted us to fix issue, Came the next day fixed issue in less than an hour and now AC is up and running! Bill was awesome on time and very friendly.

I highly recommend using Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning, a one-​man show. I’ve called on Bill twice in the last 3 years for service, and he has left a great impression on me. Most recently I had him do a routine servicing at a rental unit. I live out of town and he was great at communicating with my tenant and I in arranging for an appointment. He is trustworthy, never trying to upsell needless repairs, and his rates are very reasonable.
