A Party Comes 2 U

Horrible experience. I placed my order on May 1^st, confirming times, and received a text with the details. I initially wanted my Order delivered early 6/​4, but was told they’d have to be delivered ⁶⁄₃. Okay, fine.
I waited today and no one showed up. I attempted to call the business, and received a text stating «Sorry, I can’t talk right now.»
Yes, that’s right. From a business owner.
I proceed to text about not getting my order, that my chairs were due to be delivered, what’s going on. After that I receive a call from a worker verifying my PICK UP at 3:30. I stated no, I don’t even have chairs yet, what could they possibly pick up? I then relay my story and the guy says he will call me back in 5, he needs to speak to the owner. 10 minutes goes by and I call him, he still doesn’t know what’s going on, so I ask him to have his manager call me.
She initially says they had me to pick up. Then she says she isn’t sure what happened. Then she blamed it on her workers. At this point of course I am upset because I just want my chairs. She says she will send her son.
While waiting I send her my initial order text and she said «your event is for tomorrow.» Yes, but I had to have my chairs delivered early because that’s what they wanted!
I did get my chairs and was not charged on delivery. I have no idea if they’ll try on pick up. All I know is that I still have no idea what happened to my order, and the owner is very unprofessional– first cant be bothered to answer their business line, then not giving a straight answer, and then trying to blame me. We have a lot of rentals in our future, and I will NEVER use them again.
EDIT ⁶⁄₅: my chairs were picked up today, even though the text states they would be picked up ⁶⁄₄.

I would definitely use this company again! They were so nice. I was able to get a tent and tables last minute for my husbands surprise party. They were so accommodating and kept in touch with me the whole time about what time they would be there to drop off and pick up. Kay was awesome and even texted me at 11pm because she was concerned about the rain and wanted to offer a different tent that had walls just on case it poured. Ended up being a really nice day and we didn’t even really need the tent but I was thankful to have it just in case. Would definitely recommend.

Needed balloon center pieces for school dance. Kay was great! Prompt and reasonably priced.

I just rented a bounce house, canopy tent, 2 tables and 16 chairs from this company. It was a good experience overall. Chairs were clean (all white) and so was the bounce house and canopy tent. Great customer service, and quick set up. Each time I would text or call, I would immediately get a response back in a timely manner. At first I emailed my requests and got a response either late night or next day. I would recommend texting or calling them for a prompt reply. Prices seem to be in line with other similar companies. I will use them again for future parties.

Great people and excellent customer service. Have utilized them for two years running for our major public events. Very happy with them.

I originally chose a different vendor for a tent, tables/​chairs, but they did not seem as trustworthy. So, then I started calling different places around Fresno about 6 PM on Saturday, a week before the event. No one answered because all businesses were closed by that time and this was the only place that called me back. I was really pleased with that, and I redrew my order from the other vendor and asked A Party Comes 2 U to do everything, and I am so glad I made that decision. They accommodated to EVERYTHING I asked! They were right on time when I needed the stuff and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend them for your next event.
As for the quality of the stuff, I would give 7 out of 10. Chairs were clean, but tables always get covered up.

SUPERIOR Customer Service!!! I am thrilled to have chosen A Party Comes 2 U for my 10 year vow renewal in July. They were very accommodating and friendly. Punctual, which is always a plus+. I would definitely go with them again for any of our upcoming events.

We have used Ken and Keo’s services for a wedding and a Christmas party. They provided excellent customer service and were easy to work with. We will be using them again. Their prices are also amazing! If you need tables, chairs, linens they are your go to place!
