History

Established in 1997.

In 1997, Dr. Loshigian founded The Metropolitan Foot Group, a private practice limited to Podiatry & Reconstructive Foot Surgery. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, state of the art medical and surgical treatment of the foot and ankle in a compassionate, professional environment. We welcome you as a patient to our podiatry practice. We are grateful that you have chosen us as the health care provider for your feet. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Doctor Loshigian earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, with honors, from the state University of New York. He completed the Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine program with high honors, in 1993 from the Wm. M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. Returning to New York, he completed his residency in Podiatric medicine and surgery at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, an academic affiliate of Weil Medical College of Cornell University.

Dr. Loshigian is a Clinical Instructor at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in NYC, as well as NY Hospital Queens. A meticulous and innovative surgeon, Dr. Loshigian offers his patients the latest in surgical techniques. His goals are to provide them the fastest possible recovery, a minimum discomfort, and return to normal function. Dr. Loshigian is a board certified foot surgeon. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
