DO NOT GO TO THIS DREADFUL PLACE. I got SENT TO COLLECTIONS BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE and they didn’t even try to apologize or correct their mistake. I went there a good amount of times and despite how rude they all are in there i continued to go because it was in a convenient location for me. I went there one time for a check up and they told me my insurance was expired so I rescheduled the appointment for the following day and paid for it. a few weeks later i get a letter in the mail saying i owed them about $ 400.00 so i called them with a copy of my bank statement showing they charged me for the check up and they agreed however they didn’t check my insurance the visit BEFORE and so they sent me a bill. WTF if my insurance was already expired and YOU didn’t check it you cant just send me a bill in the mail for 400 like its nothing. its their duty to check EVERY SINGLE VISIT to assure valid and accepted. They were suppose to tell me it was expired and asked if i would like to pay for the visit but no they sneakily ignored to tell me the first time as they did the second time and sent me a bill in the mail like it was nothing. i called them and asked to speak with the doctor numerous times and they ignored it, I told them i would not pay for it because they are a sham and they sent me to collections instead. THEY ARE THE ONLY ACCOUNT I HAVE IN COLLECTION AND I STILL REFUSE TO PAY FOR IT. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF INCOMPETENT IDIOTS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. APPARENTLY THIS IS WHAT THEY DO. trying to get money out of people and ruining their credit. thanks for nothing. I hope the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU knows this is what your business
is about.

Dr. Rosenberg has always shown consideration for me. I know she is extremely busy but always has time to say sorry for a long wait or answer a question. As for her diagnosis, again showed concern and had me see a specialist. Thank God, it was nothing life threatening but it could have been if I had waited. Sorry and can’t explain why others had a bad experience, but I’m satisfied.

I’ve been going to this office for about 2 years just because it’s close to where I am and it fits my busy schedule. But my experience with Dr. Rosenberg has not been a pleasant one. She seems annoyed when I ask her one or two questions and answers them with such disinterested short reply that I stopped talking to her entirely. I only go in to get regular check ups and get a prescription twice a year but I do dread going in because I feel ignored by her. If you need any type of medical counseling, this is not the place.
On the side note, the front desk is not very helpful either. After my pap, I waited 2 weeks and called in to find out the result. The results weren’t in then. I ended up having to call at least 8 times in a span of next 3 weeks and finally heard the result. In those many calls, never has the staffs offered to let me know when the results came or had apologized. They seemed annoyed that I was calling to know the results.

If it was possible to put negative stars I would. I am shocked this practice is still open and that she still has her license. There must be a some special concession or a grandfather clause why this office is allowed to legally accept patients. Terse would be an undertatement, zero health guidance, aggressive exam which was stopped by a near kick in the face, condescending attitude when required to answer «A» question, and total disregard of diagnosis accuracy. Based on the feedback here and not here again I am amazed the AMA hasn’t revoked her license.

The only reason I give this office more than one star is because the medical assistant made my visit a bit better than it was. This doctor is not for a first timer, which I learned the hard way. I had no idea what to expect during the exam and thought the doctor would at least explain herself as she went through it since I was very anxious (this was my very first obgyn visit ever). Not only did she not explain herself, but she also didn’t utter more than one sentence to me. All of her commentary was directed to the medical assistant. She didn’t even ask me questions about my general health before prescribing me the pill, and she didn’t explain anything about it (i.e. what other medications or supplements I take or what my sexual habits are). I also overheard her chastise an employee out in the open in front of patients while I was waiting for my prescription. It was extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
No one called me to tell me my test results and when I called in, I was told to make another appointment without any of my results explained. The medical assistant had to tell me why I needed a follow up, and said she couldn’t tell me my blood results, only the doctor can — so I asked for the doctor to call me back. She called, told me to schedule an appointment, didn’t mention my blood tests at all.
Long story short, no bedside manner, apathetic to patients, rude to staff.

I choose her because she was close to my home. She is a nasty person and her staff is terrible. All her staff does is talk about their personal busneiss. For example, One day on my visit her front desk personel stated, I took a pregnancy test and it came back positve. I think he came in me.
Are you serious? Who talks like that in an office. Ive said this before if your going to pay a copay you might as well pay it for a good service. Not to a disgusting person who calls herself a doctor. She does not answer questions well. She does not care about patients.

Hmmm… I selected this OBGYN because it is a few blocks away from where I live, and because I checked Unilocal before booking an appointment, thereby making certain I was going to a highly recommended gynecologist. I felt the staff was readily helpful and caring… over the phone. In person, they are a bit dismissive, preoccupied, and even avoidant, which I found a bit odd since their phone etiquette is so opposite. Anyhow, I dismissed this paradox, assuming it was just the way things were in busy medical offices. As long as I received the proper medical attention any patient should receive, I was happy. Dr. Rosenberg herself pops in for a total of a minute and a half, like many other practitioners, and while patients have accepted the nature of these ultra short doctor-​patient visitations, I felt uncomfortable about finishing my third question to her as she was already walking out into the general reception area before I was even able to discuss a diagnosis she had given me. The results of a lab test were available, but I got the strange feeling that, if I hadn’t asked for them, she wouldn’t have brought them up in my visit at all, she seemed so detached from seeing her patients as fellow human beings. Sigh… the things, we patients put up with. I went home and looked up the prescription she made out for me, and discovered they were a treatment for symptoms I did not have. I also researched the diagnosis she made for me about cervical cancers and came up with some follow up questions I wanted to ask her, specific questions that anyone would want to ask their OBGYN after receiving lab results. I also wanted to inquire about an available vaccine. When I tried to book another appointment for the following week, the receptionist who answered the phone asked me why I was booking an appointment so close to the one I just had. When I told her I had questions about my lab results, she booked me for an appointment the following Monday. When I went in for my appointment Monday, the office was closed, and I was told by the office next door to them that they had another office a few miles away. I called their answering service, and was informed that both offices were closed that day. I thought it was a strange mix up that they gave me an appointment on a day that the office was closed and neglected to notify me about another office location (I am a new patient and didn’t know). In any case, I am on the search for a new OBGYN. I’d rather go to a more attentive practitioner. if it is possible to find one.
