From the beginning, you were/​are such a sweetheart. Firstly, i can’t begin to describe how grateful i was that I didn’t feel like i was «a customer», i felt like i was family. You didn’t stop me while i was going through my many stages of grief, nor did you bring me back to topic when i went reminiscing. Thank you for Listening to me and not making me feel that my loss was your gain.
