Purchased a high end security camera and the process went normally. However The camera developed a problem and their customer service was not versed in this camera and they tried to email the manufacture who never replied back to them or me. I called the Manufacture myself and they agreed it was defective but all adjustments must go through Gemini they said. but Gemini Computers did not want to replace it under warranty without the Manufactures approval. so i have been waiting a month and no reply??? GEMINI COMPUTERS HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE… CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING WHEN BUYING ONLINE… I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.

I bought a computer package and Aldelo software enservir me as POS.
I get an email telling me that I will review one package.
I receive the parcel in question, but it lacked many things.
I refer an email. There I was told that I will receive three other packages.
I get these packages but there was no Aldelo software.
I refer an email, Here I am told that will leave already almost 3 week delay between ordering and receiving episodic elements.
I put the system in operation. No problem.
However Windows updates automatically
I want to finish the setting of Aldelo and there can not be used. I touch Gemini Computer.
They feel sorry for me. But I must try to solve the problem with Aldelo Hotline!
In short I need to bring my computer to 2 days of operation repair with an additional cost of $ 170 and 3 days of work lost and 1 week more that has passed …
Anyway I do not recommended GEMINI COMPUTER

I’ve done business with many times dating back to September of 2009 and have nothing but great things to say about them. The dedication they show to solid business ethics and making sure their business relationships are solid and feel appreciated are above and beyond. Heck, I’ve learned a few things on how to engage with clients from them.
Not sure what Kylie’s experiences were or if the single review and no history or picture is more indicative of a competitor than a real person but I can say that her experience in no way reflects mine.
