Fast customer service. I was helped quickly and staff is very friendly

Pretty great service! Although it could be a little faster. One trick for parking is to use the free parking behind the store rather than the paid street parking in front.

Mixed experiences at this store. In the past ALL employees have been helpful and pleasant. Of course I never see the same folks working there from one visit to the next. Today’s visit was very different. First one staff member was sitting at one of the tables talking with his friends, he stayed there for about 40 minutes until every other staff member was helping someone and only then did he get up and assist the next person who had been waiting. Second I was annoyed because somehow my phone had gotten damaged and the staff member I was talking to (Parth) said AT&T couldn’t just replace my phone. I was initially very angry. I asked to see a manager and was told that he didn’t come I until 12:00 pm. Before Parth and I could work together to find a solution, which to his great credit we did, one of his colleagues, a young woman named Nicole, acted in an incredibly unprofessional manner. She laughed at my anger and when I told her stop she stated she wasn’t laughing at me and did a little dance in illustrate her point. Then she joined the conversation of the salesman and his two buddies occasionally looking over at me and grinning. Parth asked me to please ignore her and he completed our interaction professionally.
In short stay away from Nicole, although with the turn over at this place chances are she won’t be there. Parth however is a nice guy, patient and willing to provide the information I wanted clearly.

This place in the short gave us food poisoning. food was over cooked. And just disgusting. These raving reviews has to be friends and family

I must had the same salesperson as Nelson G. Been a loyal customer for many years and last May 16, went in to upgrade my girlfriends iPhone. We paid $ 99.00 and was informed she was taking on a 2 year contract. On top of that, he told us that there was a promotion at the time and we would also reviece a brand new iPad mini, which we didn’t need since we both have one but free is free so why not. I thought I misunderstood what he said but he reassured us, it was for free. Now, after going over my bill online, it turns out we are making month installment payments for her phone and the «free» iPad mini. So, I basically purchased an iPad I didn’t need or even go in there for. It turned out to be a scam and after making complaints, we were told we should have read the contract. However, I stated they should not allowed liars or employees that don’t have a clue to work there. Yes, in all fairness, always reading the contract extension is a good idea but let’s be honest, how many of us really do this? We slimply believe what we are being told and we should. My 2 year contract expited months ago and because of this particular store, I will be switching carriers unless they take some responsibility, which I doubt they will. Be very, very careful if you go to this location and question anything that sounds to go to be true. If they can get away with it, they will take advantage of you.

If I could give 0 stars I would the staff was unhelpful. We wanted to join a new plan apparently you need to be a millionaire to do so. You would think that they want your business apparently not. They gave us such wrong information. I called ATT and almost everything they said in store was incorrect. What a waste of time.

If you’re looking for a reputable & honest establishment to purchase your next cellphone, do NOT go here! And if you must, stay away from «David» (he wouldn’t tell us his real name but he appeared to be Indian). He’s an absolute crook. He comes off as pleasant and helpful but the truth is everything he told us was a lie. AT&T corporate confirmed he was significantly over charging us with fees and for services that were not rendered. luckily AT&T corporate was able to refund us our money but we did have to endure a lengthy investigation. Unless you like being taken advantage of, do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment like the plague.

Terrible customer service. The «assistant manager» wouldn’t let me speak to the store manager. He told me he makes the decisions anyway.
After being with ATT for about 6 years, I ended up cancelling my account and going to a different carrier because of the service and experience I had at this store.
I would stay away from this location.

Seriously if I had a chance I quid have given negative stars! WORST company ever! No uniformity in info given by cust care, incorrect and false information, overcharging, misleading customers and duping them! one manager had the audacity of reversing a credit issued to me «just to teach me a lesson» for canceling their service within 14days!! i could hear a tone of racial discrimination!! i wish I could sue these guys and their horrible horrendous customer care !

The employees seem to know more than the managers at this store. I usually don’t have a problem when it comes to my phone, I only come in once every 2 or 3 years just to upgrade. However, I came in recently because the power button on my iphone 4 got stuck. I know that they have the iphone 4 for $ 1 right now so I explained to the manager that I just wanted another iphone 4. He told me there was a $ 36 fee, so I asked him if I could avoid that since I was basically getting the same phone. He told me I could go to the apple store and they would replace it free since it was under warranty. There was an issue with the warranty when I went to the apple store so I ended up having to go back to this AT&T store. This time I talked to a guy named Ashley. I explained my situation and asked if there was any way I could get around the upgrade fee and he told me I could trade my iphone 4 in. It had a value of $ 134 I think. I was able to get the 13gb iphone 4s for $ 100 free and $ 25 off my phone bill after taxes. Ashley really knew what he was doing and I wish I had just talked to him first instead of the manager. I will ask for his help whenever I go now.

This is quite possibly the best cell phone store I’ve ever been to. Yes, AT&T usually does have good customer service, to begin with, but still, cell phone sales people are typically (in my experience) uncaring. Not this place!
I walked in, told them I was buying an iPhone 4 from someone, not through AT&T, and that I would need a MicroSIM card for the new phone, since my normal SIM is not compatible. They asked my name, looked at my ID, handed me a MicroSIM and said «Enjoy!»
Super helpful, and they didn’t try to sell me any accessories for my new phone.

Then why did I go to this AT&T store?
I had to keep my original number, and I thought of visiting this store.
(So far this place is the only AT&T store I can walk to.)
The store was sort of messy because of iPhone buyers and their families (. I still don’t understand why customers brought 4 – 5 member family each.)
I met this nice employee, and she heard my situation, and tried to help me out.
Unfortunately, porting numbers cost about $ 30ish dollars for customers who already activated their new phone numbers, but she gave me a number so that I can do it myself. She was very bright, and made me enjoy the visit.
The next day when I visited here again to buy a screen protector, she wasn’t there, but another employee helped me out so quick with nice smile!
People! We should learn how to work happy! :D
