History

Established in 1998.

Originally started by owner Chris in 1998, the company was preforming at house parties with «2 turn tables and a microphone», a Radio Shack Mixer, two beacon lights and the soundtrack from the movie «Rush Hour». With a passion to entertain. Chris and his brother continued to expand the business into what it is today. They went from house parties for friends to promoting their own events at city nightclubs and bars, helped host a Bay Area car show/​concert for hundreds of people and even have done shows with local and radio artists.

These days you can find Xplizt DJ’s playing music from every type of music genre. they they all specialize in club hits such as Pop, Hip Hop, Bay Area, Top 40 and Dance. In addition to maintaining all of their music up-​to date, if not newer than anything currently on the air… one rule at Xplizt is that all DJ’s MUST maintain «radio friendly» versions of all music since the companies more common events are for the younger crowds.

Professional, entertaining, in touch with their clientele. We have used Xplizt for our 8th grade graduation dances and they have done an excellent job. Their set-​up is great and they play the music you ask them to play – in our case we need the music to be clean. They accommodated us. Our students had a great time. 5 stars to Xplizt.

Used Xplizt Entertainment for my Junior/​Senior Prom, honestly have to say that I was extremely pleased. On time, very professional and great package prices. After combing through dozens of DJ’s, Xplizt entertainment fought the hardest for my business, and they not only delivered but they went beyond my expectations. And better yet, they are (in my opinion) a respectful and very professional business.
If your looking for someone to DJ your next event (Proms!) these are the people for you. You can do your homework shopping around, but these people give you the best bang for your buck.

I used Xplizt Entertainment for a summer family party but couldn’t find them on Unilocal until now… Chris helped me with the process and was very helpful. We had around 40 people and Chris had a wide range of music choices and was even able to track down my friend’s random requests! Atta boy Chris! If you’re looking for a wide variety of music and someone who will make your experience worth while — check these guys out. I’d say it was definitely worth it.
