Window Tinting Plus

Very quick service. And my initial response it that it looks fantastic. Time will tell after a few weeks as to how the Window tinting settles in.
The customer service was great and courteous. They honored there $ 10 off coupon that I ddon’t covered while I waited for my car. There is a waiting room with wifi so you can wait for your service. Nice guys Alex & Rene.

Removing tint is a very easy job with a razor and some windex

Terrible. Don’t waste your time here. Had to come back multiple times to have my tint repaired for bubbles, dust getting in between the tint and the glass. They tried numerous times to correct their poor wormanship but ended up with the same poor outcome. Last straw was when they didn’t pay attention on how they returned the gasket at my back passenger window… It stayed like that for WEEKS now the gasket is messed up. I will go out of my way to tell everyone NOT to go here.

This place has tinted all of my family’s cars, they’re great! They’re friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. I haven’t had a bad experience with them, so I’ll continue to refer friends to them.

Terrible. Appalling customer service. Poor workmanship. Sordid business practices. Story below:
Called them and they said they do not make appointments and to just come in. First thing the guy asks me when I walk in the door, «Do you have an appointment?»
That tidbit was just funny. The next part is where the laughs end.
Had my windows tinted and some of the windows had bubbles. I thought nothing of it due to the fact that they offer a «lifetime warranty.» However, a lifetime warranty is no good when they choose not to honor it.
Brought it 5 days later because I thought maybe they just needed to dry. One guy looked at it and then got his manager. The manager then inspected the windows, said come back in 2 – 3 weeks so they can fully dry. I didn’t buy that story but I played along anyways. Took it back two weeks later, same guy came out and said they don’t have time today. He said bring it in next week. I said do I need to make an appointment? He said, «No I will remember you.» You mean to tell me you will remember me this time?
Just for fun, had a friend call them to make an appointment, said to bring it in right then. Interesting…
Additional interesting fact, they will give you a better deal if you pay in cash. If I had to warrant a guess I would argue that this makes for a quick side-​job that stays off the books. I wonder if the owner is aware of this business practice? This is perhaps why they won’t honor their «life-​time» warranty since after all, according to their records they never worked on my car.
I now understand what the «plus» signifies in their name. Bubbles, lies, and poor customer service.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this seedy business. I will now be looking elsewhere to fix their handiwork.

I got two other cars tinted here! The type of tint they use is high quality that has life time warranty! I never had any problem with my cars. They are a well-​known company that tints many dealer cars and luxury cars! I recommend you taking your car for tinting.

I got my windows tinted here, only because Toyota said I had to use them or my electrical warranty would be void if I went anywhere else. The guys did an OK job, but I do have like 3 bubbles on one window, not very noticeable but I know they’re there. The price was really good, I think like 300 for all 5 windows. They were pretty quick too.

I’ve gotten 5 out of my 7 cars tinted here. Their pricing is very competitive and their tints have lifetime warranties on them.
The last vehicle I had tinted with them is my RAM 1500 crew cab for $ 200 total, a place in Santa Rosa (close to where I live now) quoted me $ 295 for the same tint. And the place in Santa Rosa told me they’d need my truck for 6hrs, they got it done in 3hrs.
None of my tints have bubbled (even though my husband kept rolling the driver’s window down after we got it tinted — he kept forgetting he’s not suppose to).
I’ve been TOTALLY statified with all my excperiences with them.

I got my 2011 C class tinted here. I got it done here cause my cousin had his camaro tinted a few years back and it still looks good.
My car looks great. The guy was helpful and nice and recommended what shade to get. Im happy with the job. These guys work well. The price was decent too.
The shop is hidden in the corner of the parking lot. Overall very satisfied with everything

Just don’t come here! I was a little suspicious about them abusing my car in some way the first time I came here. So What I’ve done it reset the miles on my dashboard to see if they were taking my car for a joyride. Sure enough they were!!! The garage was only around the corner and i don’t understand What my temp gauge was half way up and gas was down a bit. Not only that when i had them put on some vinyls on my car some how the paint was chipping and they messed up the weather stripping on the windshield. The service was lousy and rude. No wonder It’s cheap here. You get What you pay for and good customer service should be free but unfortunately this place does not offer it. DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY WILL ABUSED YOUR CAR!!!

I was in a rush to get the tint removed from my front windows to get my fix-​it ticket written off and after calling a few places on a Saturday, they said they’ll take care of it for $ 25. It was a quick job and there’s not much that can go wrong there. After I got my new car, I brought it here to get it tinted since I had a good experience that first time and they’re decently priced. They were able to give us a little bit of a discount because my girlfriend wanted to get her car tinted too so we scheduled an appointment on the same day. Like another review stated, they told us that they’ll call us after it’s done but they never called us back. Also we both noticed a few bubbles and lint under the tint on each of our cars. It’s not major enough to bring it back to have them re-​do it but even if we did, I don’t think they’d do it for free since they don’t have a lifetime guarantee like other tint shops do, and another reviewer said that they had a bad experience when they tried to bring it back. I’d give them 4 stars cause the service is quick (both times I went, they had a lot of workers there) and the quality is still pretty good. If you’re picky about your tint and want absolutely no bubbles, choose a shop that guarantees their work.

It has been about 2 weeks since i got my windows tinted and so far its pretty good. The only slight problems were that I made an appointment for one day and i showed up and they said they were too busy and i had to reschedule. I drove a 40 mile round trip for nothing that day. I was a little peeved but i decided to come another day because my brother got his windows done here years ago and they still look great.
So i came in the day of and i chose my tint levels (18% for rear and moon roof, 30% for my two doors) and paid a fair price considering they had to remove an old tint on my rear window that my car came with. They said it would be about to hours so I want to the Panera and chilled while i waited for their call. Almost 4 hours passed and no call. I decided to call them and they said that it had been done. Thanks for the call… Anyways it all looks good so far, everything is even, no bubbles, and with the exception of one little hair on the drivers window i’m pretty satisfied.

Got my window tint there. Ended up with a 1 small bubble on the window tint and the person doesn’t feel they should fix it.
I had gotten my tint on my other car done over 2+ years and it was perfect. I would say their quality has deteriorated.

The place seemed shady when I went for a warranty repair. 2 days after my tinting, I noticed there were 3 fairly visible air bubbles and 1 bent film corner on the same back corner window. Went for a repair, the guy denied it was a quality issue. Having had so many of cars tinted, I knew that piece of tint needed to be replaced and insisted. Then the guy said he had no time, told me to go back the next day, and tried really hard to sell me his detailing package, and said he could squeeze in time to fix the corner window tint that day if I bought the car detailing. All in all, those mexican guys seemed very unprofessional and I can only imagine 5 year later, what kind of attitude I will get for the so called «lifetime warranty». The price of the detailing package he tried to sell to me went from $ 250 to $ 150 to $ 120 in less then 5 mins without a word of explanation what kind of detailing service, what’s included and what’s not. Don’t be surprised if you pay $ 120 and find out carpet cleaning is not included in the package later on. So don’t take their word for it, worthless, make sure have everything written down in a formal receipt or something to avoid confusion.

I took my Camaro here a couple years ago and had 35% tint on the side windows and 20% in the rear using Suntek HP film. The total for the back window, two sides and rear vinyl over the heater dot matrix was $ 200. This place is a little hidden, in the rear right corner of a driveway shared with an iron gate company and a marble dealer. If you drive on 880, you’ve probably seen their sign on the SB side.
They also sell body kits, rims and offer detailing services though I didn’t get a chance to really take a look at them. The waiting room isn’t very big (one backless couch) with nothing to pass the time (no TV, magazines, etc) so you may want to have someone pick you up rather than wait.
My tint has held up pretty well and hasn’t changed colors although I have noticed a few small bubbles but nothing major. The staff was friendly and pleasant enough. I’d give them 3 ½ stars since the tint has held up well and it was relatively cheap.
