Great Customer Support, I was dealing with another glass supplier for many years, but their customer service just kept going south so gave a try to western states and its been few orders now and feeling good, hopefully they will keep up. Thanks

They are all full of crap ! The whole company there should be fired and bring in new employees all the way from the presidents spot to all the office workers. They all lie about everything.

Driver is always on time. Calls ahead if there are problems. Office people… need some work on getting back to customers and getting things done on time for customers.
