I hate writing bad reviews but this salon deserves one so they can improve. This place is just across and walking distance from my house that’s why I
picked this place and my hairdresser is out of the country. Last month I went here for shampoo only and after the service I made an appointment for 10amtoday May 15, 2015. The lady, (maybe she’s the owner) wrote down my name in their appointment book and I put it in my phone calendar too, she didn’t get my number though. So at 10am I showed up and she said she’s busy and have 2 persons in line, WOW seriously??? Her reason was I didn’t CALL TO CONFIRM, HELLOOOOOO that’s why I made an appointment, If for anything I WILL CALL IF I HAVE TO CANCEL and PLEASE NEXT TIME GET YOUR CUSTOMER’s Number so you can remind them and confirm it yourself.

I’ve been getting my hair cut from the Rosario, since day one. Wouldn’t plan of getting it anywhere else. I’m sad they had to move locations but great to know that they didn’t move that far.
