This guy is an ASS. After a wisdom teeth surgery, a friend had a huge lump swell on her jaw. The pain got worse and worse. After five days, he told her she was fine, and to get over it. He had her on vicodin, which made her vomit, and wouldn’t give her anything else. She *finally* went to the ER –after calling in again that day and he told her she was fine– after the pain got so bad on day 5 that she couldn’t function. Turns out, she had a *massive* infection. So I guess she wasn’t ‘fine’ after all. DO NOT GO HERE.

I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Tso, and it was a great experience (well, as great as removing wisdom teeth can get). He’s very friendly and patient, and he explains during the consultation what’s going on with the teeth. The lady at the front desk is also very friendly, and she made conversation with us. Getting the wisdom teeth out was no problem at all; I was put under anesthesia and when I woke up, I got wheelchaired out to the car. Definitely recommend Dr Tso!

I am shocked by any negative reviews about Dr. Tso and his staff. I just had my second lengthy procedure performed yesterday and my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by him several years ago. In every instance I feel my family has received excellent treatment from the time we entered the door until well after we have left, since we get follow up calls to make sure we are healing. He is not only highly skilled, but also a great communicator and takes every opportunity to keep his patients informed. He and all his staff have always given us wonderful comprehensive service in a friendly manner — showing an obvious care for the comfort and well being of their patients.

I am a retired dentist myself who has referred my own patients to Dr. Tso for almost 30 years without a single complaint about his practice and how it is run. I have trusted him with my own dental needs by having five implants placed over a span of 20 years. He has treated both my wife and sister. What else can I say? He is one of the best.

I had an emergency and had to find another dentist that was more concerned about me than my insurance carrier. i.e. (FDG — Fremont Blvd) Dr. Tso explained my options and everything regarding the procedure. I’m not giving them 5 stars based on my situation at the time. These stars are earned for his professionalism and recommendation of a general dentist within the same complex.

I had to come back to get my bracket reattached to my impacted canine because it fell out. Dr. Tso was able to get me in within a week of contacting him and the best part was he didn’t charge me a dime! Awesome!

i also was referred to Dr Tso by my dentist. i had to get a wisdom tooth extracted. the procedure was pretty straight forward. i was in-​and-​out under 20 minutes orso.
Dr Tso takes the time to explain everything in detail and tries to make you feel at ease. the staff is equally great.

I had my wisdom tooth pulled by this dentist. He’s pretty good.
My complaint is about the front desk lady. At the time I was there, she was very rude. Not a people person at all, so I don’t know how she got this job. To top it off, she got on the phone with her daughter and started yelling at her. Cursing her out. Everyone in the office can hear. The dentist didn’t even do anything to tell her to shut the hell up. Talk about being UNPROFESSIONAL.
Never going back here again.
