Tsao-​Wu, Chow & Yee LLP is an international law firm with four offices worldwide. We have three offices in California and one in China. Tsao-​Wu, Chow & Yee LLP’s main office is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, California in the historic Monadnock Building. We also have offices in San Jose, Fremont, and Guangzhou (China).

The firm has established and maintains a reputation as aggressive attorneys. Its client base consists of its own clients as well as those referrals from numerous local attorneys. The attorneys of the firm are multilingual, have diversified and extensive experiences; and our staff are also multilingual, well-​trained and experienced.

John Chow, Partner of Tsao-​Wu, Chow & Yee LLP

Mr. Chow is a native of San Francisco. He was born in Chinatown’s Chinese Hospital and graduated from Lowell High School.

Mr. Chow received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He then received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Chow participated in the Chinese Law Program at East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai, and the Japanese Law Program at Temple University Japan in Tokyo. During law school, Mr. Chow also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Julie Tang and Discovery Commissioner Richard E. Best of the San Francisco Superior Court.
