Too many good memories of Jumping off of this thing in the summer.
If you were crazy you could do tricks, Jumping off the trains and the like.
Anyone who grew up in Niles knows and loves this thing.
Ahhhhh the memories,
getting yelled at by the rangers,
the first time… (it took me the better part of an hour and all my friends doing it first for me to get up the nerve)
The hot metal grates,
The taste of the nasty creek after you jumped in,
the smell of the water.
every kid should have a train bridge to jump off of.
I contemplate going back and doing it again for memories sake.
alas, who has the time these days…
