In 2002 I moved to this area, and have come to appreciate the many opportunities that Fremont offers to families and working life.

I had Tara take my family’s holiday photos and we could not be happier. We have a four month old so getting a good shot of the three of us can be a little difficult. But Tara did! And she was very flexible considering that our little one can sometimes be a little fussy one minute and smiley the next.
She was also for quick on getting back to me. And the site she uses for her photos is really convenient to view and purchase the photos.

Tara did a fantastic job with our wedding photography. Not only did she take beautiful pictures, she also gave really practical and helpful suggestions as we planned for the day. She walked through the venue with us ahead of time and asked what types of things we really wanted out of our photos — the group photos, the locations, the private moments, etc. She also had a helpful spirit and way of being that calmed us. We were particularly impressed with how she got great candid shots of our wedding guests and of little moments throughout the wedding day. Those shots really captured the overall feeling of the day, and we can easily return to those memories by looking at the photos.

Thank GOODNESS a long-​time colleague of mine referred me to Tara Gill! I could not have hoped for a more perfect photographer.
After feeling disappointed with the quality of photos taken at those corporate photography places, I wanted to find someone who would bring out the best in us at one of the many beautiful parks in the Bay Area, and one who could get my young children to sit still and flash their beautiful smiles naturally, while playing or doing what they do. I asked for clothing suggestions and she offered great ideas. She found ways to take lots of beautiful photos of our family even as my boys were in constant motion.
She provided so many great photos to choose from, the most difficult part was choosing which to give to the relatives!

We hired Tara to photograph our 3 month old daughter and our experience was great. Tara made everything easy and convenient. She did the photo shoot at our house using props and a backdrop that she provided. She was very patient as our baby was a bit fussy at first. The shoot went wonderfully and the pictures turned out beautiful. We recommend Tara Gill photography.

Tara is THE BEST. I needed some updated photos for my business and website. Tara helped me find the ideal location for the shoot along with important details like what to wear ;) I felt nervous that morning, but Tara put me at ease right away. She helped me relax and get comfortable which allowed my true spirit to really shine through. I had many great shots to choose from. I chose Tara because of her professionalism and her artistic flair that adds a creative edge to her work. She has a gift with photography that makes her stand out from the rest.

Tara Gill is AMAZING. My husband and I had a photo session with Tara to capture my pregnancy and it was so much fun and I LOVE the photos. She creates such a fun and natural environment that I never felt self conscious. I actually felt attractive and alive even considering I am 9 months pregnant and ready to deliver any day! I believe that Tara is gifted with a artistic eye and is a talented photographer. I highly recommend Tara to anyone looking to capture those special moments in life. She is the best!

After deciding to enter the ever so judgemental world of on-​line dating, I realised the only photos of myself I liked were taken in the 90’s. So I decided to seek professional help. I thought about going to a portrait studio but their photos look so artificial. I wanted to find a date not sell real estate! I really liked Tara’s style. She’s a true artist (

It was my first time and she was very helpful in suggesting what to wear and what time of day would be best for lighting, etc. I like to cook so she suggested we go to the farmers market, which was a great idea and made me feel right at home. I usually feel very self conscious in front of camera but I felt very comfortable with Tara. I was thrilled with the photos Tara took. Just what I wanted Candid but Cute!
