History

Established in 1998.

Two anesthesiologists, one from Stanford and the other from UCSF, fell in love and wanted to help people with their pain. They wanted to bring their analgesic skill out of the operating room and into everyday life. In so doing, they developed a comprehensive medical program by combining Eastern and Western medicine to combat acute and chronic pain.
