Sun Enterprise is a build to print ceramic and quartz manufacturing facility with capabilities that include CNC precision machining, diamond grinding, diamond lapping, CNC milling, CNC lathe, water jet and laser machining. We provide high quality products including semiconductor chamber components, solar chamber components, flat panel components, laser components, screws and pins, end effectors, high precision components and pulp and paper components.

History

Established in 2001.

Sun Enterprise started as a quartz manufacturing facility to support semiconductor equipment manufacturers. In 2010 the business model was changed predominantly to ceramic manufacturing.

Meet the Manager

Marc S.

Manager

Marc was hired to in Jan. 2010 to convert Sun from a predominantly quartz manufacturing facility to incorporate and specialize in ceramic grinding and manufacturing. Marc is a degreed ceramic engineer from Rutgers College with 20 years experience in ceramic manufacturing and sales. He has worked for AVX, Coors, SGL Carbon, LTD Ceramics and EoPlex Technologies. The majority of his experience has been servicing the Semi and Solar equipment market.
