This Starbucks is right on the corner next to the Farmer’s Market and my church. I enjoy stopping in here on a Sunday morning. They have plenty of spots for charging your mobile devices. A win for me since my tablet always seems to be dying! They don’t have any cushy chairs or little lounge sections. It’s a little dated and behind the newer Starbucks, but they keep their shop nicely stocked which I appreciate. It’s not their fault but I still hate that Starbucks switched over to Teavanna. It has helped my wallet though as I stop in far less than I used to. There is one lovely barista. I wish I knew her name, but she is one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. It doesn’t matter how cranky I am when I go in, she can always make you smile.

Omg this place knows how to make their ice coffee correctly… not only were they friendly and easy going… they made sure I was completely content with my drink… I also like how they were following the guidelines by using the lines on the side of the cold cups soo the drink came out exactly the way it was suppose to taste

Small place. They never have decaf brewed before noon like they’re supposed to. I got a half caf Americano and the lady made it with a half shot of decaf. Wrong. It was watered down and gross. When I tried to tell her, she cut me off and said she was right. I’ve gotten half caf Americanos all the time, and a half shot of decaf isn’t correct. Isn’t Starbucks supposed to make your drink right if you’re not satisfied? Don’t go to this Starbucks. There’s Bean Scene right there and another Starbucks in Safeway.

This is the smallest of the Starbucks locations here in Fremont. Not a whole lot of individual tables. Also not a whole lot of parking spots. I only came here as it is one of the several Starbucks locations that has Powermat chargers. Immediately needed to charge my phone. In the future, I will stick with the others that I have been to already and the one in Warm Springs.

Excellent Starbucks! I usually order through the app and they always have my drink ready and its always so good! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are friendly, place looks clean and the employees work fast. They want you to get what you want. This place is conveniently located near my home, so I order my drink and go pick it up and I usually don’t have to wait. Even when I don’t pre-order through the app, they get me out quick. I will continue to make this my go to Starbucks!

I enjoy coming to this location more than others nearby because it’s a newer store that just opened and the place definitely looks cleaner than the rest. They also make great tasting mocha fraps. Great job to the managers!

This Starbucks has horrible customer service. I had two orders and the first order they yelled to go pick up and the second order they just left it on the counter and they did not even mention that the order was ready. The employees here need better costumer service never had bad service at any Starbucks even when they are busy. The one star is for bad costumer service i would not come to this location anymore.

Regular Starbucks customer for many years. This location is convenient but we are likely to avoid it in the future. I am accustomed to the excellent service that comes with paying $ 6 for a cup of milk and coffee. I was sorely disappointed when my wife was actually called rude by a barista when she had to ask for a spoon for her yogurt. She asked why she had to ask for a spoon since it is necessary for eating the yogurt and the response, with attitude, was«we only provide them upon request». The barista then proceeded to tell her«you don’t need to be rude». I watched the whole thing and was flabbergasted. I am not sure if it is actual Starbucks policy to not provide a spoon by default and to not ask the customer if they need one for a product that clearly requires out for onsite consumption. Of that is the case a simple«I apologize, it is company policy on order to reduce waste» would suffice but somehow I doubt it is Starbucks policy since I haven’t had a problem getting a spoon at any other location. I have been here and had great service from previous staff which is why I am keeping my rating at 3 stars. Part of the magic of Starbucks is they make you feel good, like they are always happy you are there. Unfortunately a bad apple is destroying the magic here. It’s like having an angry Mickey Mouse running around Disneyland.

Lillian rang up the drink wrong, over charged then of course the drink was made wrong and held up the line for the reimbursement and remaking of the drink. Save yourself some time and go to a different location.

The older gentleman who wears glasses usually working the register is just plain rude. But may I say the rest of the staff is just amazing. Quick service and a smile goes a long way!

Finally a Starbucks that is SO close to my house that I can walk there. I love the vibe at this Starbucks, nice customer service and drinks are made exactly to my liking, most of time. Overall, I’m satisfied.

I used to go to the Starbucks on Civic Center because it’s closest to my house but I wasn’t a fan. Now I drive just a little bit father to go to this new Starbucks. It’s always clean, brighter, and less crowded. I’m always welcomed super fast and coffee is ready quickly even with only two people working.

Wow… what a nightmare Went in at 6:30am. Two people in line. 3 baraistas working. The one manning the register was short and rude. Ordered the same drink i have ordered at every starbucks now for 16 years. She very rudely attempted to correct me when i ordered it with a look on her face of pure distain… When i attempted to use my starbucks bithday rewards, she gave an attitude! On top of all this… the made the wrong drink! I took a sip and immediately asked if this was the drink I ordered. she proceeded to tell me I ordered something else. She reluctantly took the drink back with another angry look and made some comments(which i assume were also rude) to her fellow baristas and stormed off. I have never in 16 years of being a Starbuck customer have I ever had this level of service at a Starbucks. The customer service is horrible and needs to be dealt with or this store will fail.

I am at a loss for words. I’ll start by saying that I’ve been to many Starbucks over the years and have grown accustomed to the Customer Service that they were once known for. I also used to Secret Shop Starbucks and have had plenty of interactions with the baristas. I’ve given this shop 3 tries and all 3 had me leaving the shop just shaking my head in disbelief due to the customer service. Walked in late Thanksgiving eve morning with no one else in line. Proceeded to ask the barista a question about the January coffee cup tumbler. She acted bothered by my question and quickly told me she didn’t know anything about it. I told her that the Safeway Starbucks barista had just explained it to me and she shot me down again, «we’re not Safeway». I didn’t say you were! I asked if she knew any other stand alone stores that might have it and again she said, «I don’t know anything about it». What kind of customer service is this!!! She made me feel as though I was bothering her. Guess what? Walked in 2 days later and there’s a display set up right next to the counter filled with January coffee tumblers. Again, SMH. During this visit, I stood awkwardly at the cash register until one of three baristas asked to help me. Asked for my cup of coffee. The next barista proceeded to ring me up(no small chat, no smile), I paid(no thank you) and then again stood there awkwardly waiting for my cup of coffee. No one told me it was sitting at the other cash register until my husband saw it. Sure this store is new and looks new inside but the feeling of attitude and rudeness I get from the baristas makes this an unsatisfying experience. Although it’s close to home, I can’t bring myself to come to this store anymore. Your loss, not mine.

It is a brand new store, and it’s right in the corner across from Pakwan(my favorite Indian restaurant) and Jack In the Box(my favorite fast food!). The parking lot is a bit small, especially since it looks like they are planning to open up a different store next to this one. The store itself is pretty small as well. There’s a huge table in the middle that looks like it can sit maybe 8 people, a couple of tables around the store, and a few tables outside. The baristas here that I have encountered are quite friendly! It looks like they have worked at a Starbucks previously, since they quickly produced the drinks. I think the only complaint I have is that the amount of outlets here are extremely limited. Actually, I’m typing this up on my phone right now because my laptop ran out of batteries. They should really invest in outlets… Since it’s so close to IHS(Go Vikings!), I would like to assume that they’re packed with high schoolers on the weekdays. Just a note to self(and my fellow Unilocalers) to avoid weekdays here. All in all, 4⁄5 for me. I’ll be back on the weekends!

Brand new store! Smells like it too. Awesomeness It has a nice communal bar table in the middle, along with tables on the side. A good location.
