I love coming to this Starbucks. The sweetest employee, Malka, works there and she makes my experience pleasant even if it’s 6am when I don’t want to be awake. She remembers me, is always kind, and extremely fast ensuring that I’m in and out within a few minutes. Love her!

If you want some eye candy then this is your Starbucks. Josiah has the perfect smile and always makes my drinks to perfection. No other Starbucks makes me feel as good as this Starbucks.

The worst Starbucks I ever been. Workers here are worse than workers at the worst fast food chain workers. They try not to talk to the custmer and try not to watch any custmer.
What happened with the great barista training at Starbucks?
I will never go back this one again. I will give zero star if it is possible.

Hands down the best Starbucks in Fremont! I’m seriously here twice a day sometimes! They have the most friendly associates regardless of what time you come in! It’s always clean and my drinks always come out perfect!

I ordered a black coffee with soy and caramel syrup, but when I took a sip, it was just soy milk and syrup! The barista forgot to put coffee in my cup! The person who took my order clearly wrote BC on the cup so I have no idea why she messed up my drink. The blonde elderly lady with long hair who works morning shifts has always messed up my drinks. If she continues to mess up my drink, I might just take my business elsewhere.

Great place and when you say extra caramel, they pour it on. Not stingy! You get what you pay for!

This is not a low mark for Starbucks but for this specific location. It is one of the slowest locations I’ve ever been to. I’ve never left there in less than 10 minutes which is exceptionally long when you just want to get your drink and leave. I never use this location before work because I would certainly be late, but I go here sometimes after the gym which is nearby. The drink quality is great, that of any other Starbucks.

This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that makes my (and my boyfriend’s) drink PERFECT every time. Janna (forgive me if I spell it wrong) is the best! As well as a few others. Everyone is warm and welcoming. The baristas remember our names and orders which makes for a great way to start the day. I feel sorry for them for being so close to American High, I can’t imagine how busy and chaotic it is when those teens get out of school! I try to avoid those times since its such a small location. I can imagine it being pretty difficult to do what those baristas do with all those complex orders and short tempered coffee fiends, so I am very appreciative! Your hardwork isn’t going unnoticed!
Seriously though, I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this one has been the best.

Malka is one of the most kindest, sweetest, and hospitable workers I’ve ever encountered and would like to personally acknowledge within this review. Along with the many other amazing workers here, her barista skills exemplifies the definition of great customer service!

So I decided to order the matcha powder & water which is the same drink I ordered 3 days ago & paid $ 0.80 for & today I got charged $ 3.45
The inconsistency of their prices makes me not like coming here, did they bump up the price after they thought «$ 0.80 is too cheap» for a drink that has 1 ingredient & water

I would like to give no star, but I don’t have that option. I woke up this morning wanting to get a small breakfast and coffee, so I decided to go to this Starbucks… big ass mistake! After positioning myself in an awkward and snaky line (there’s too much junk in this small store), this man comes directly to the counter, cutting in front of me, and is helped by the cashier! WTF? Why are African-​American people still treated like this in business establishments? Although I’m not a white male, what I intended to purchase was considerably more than he spent. Why did the cashier pretend not to acknowledge my presence and feel it important to help this man? I shouldn’t have had to address him personally and point out his disregard and privilege… she should have told to him that a line had formed. I guess this is symptomatic of the racism and privilege that so many African-​Americans experience but have dismissed by others.
Oh, well. I will be getting rid of my Starbucks account and going to Peets from now on… it’ll be worth the extra trip.

A great place to get your morning cup of joe. A clean place and a dainty branch of starbucks. It has pretty much all the fixin’s you’re looking for in a typical starbucks place. It’s conveniently located on Fremont blvd. right next to this shopping mall where you’ll also find Lucky’s and a 24 Hour Fitness gym. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that they’re low on the electrical outlets when you need to plug your Laptop or tablet to charge it so if you’re coming to this starbucks branch, make sure you already have a fully charge Tablet or laptop for it’s a first come-​first serve basis when it comes to electrical plugs here. But other than that, this is great place to hangout socialize and get soemthing warm to drink specially at this time of the year, fall going to winter.

This Starbucks always gets my order correct: straight coffee, black, and no room. Fresh and piping hot! Not a big fan of all the other drinks as caffeine is what I need the most. The morning crew here is the best and they make a true effort to get to know their patrons. Wonderful customer service, very friendly, attentive, and a cheery attitude are always exemplified here!

I normally stop by in the morning on my way to work and I never really bothered rating Starbucks because you expect the same service at every location .
However this particular Starbucks knows how to make my drink on point!
My go to drink is a black tea lemonade with classic two pumps sweetener and strawberry juice. Many Starbucks have messed up on my order but this particular location (which conveniently happens to be close to my house) has never disappointed me.
You should also def try my drink! It’s sweet and tangy at the same time.
Also the reason I’m writing this review is because this morning the barista remembered my name. So that just shows that they really do pay attention to each and every individual customer.

I wish I could give negative stars. Very nasty experience. Be careful when getting any of their pastries/​baked goods from their showcase/​refrigerator. I saw numerous flies sitting on the cookies. Gross!
I tried to mention this to the staff, but they were busy hooting and hollering. I think they were 12 years old. Most of the seating area was filled by 10 – 15 high school students screaming at the top of their lungs, listening to loud music, and cursing. Definitely would not return here.

A older gentleman entered this Starbucks on the week of Aug. 17, 2015.
He went in, waited in line for 20min placed an order and had $ 200 cash and gift card of $ 2.05 his order totaled $ 2.25 and the (2 baristas) refused to give him his order. The 2 baristas did not want to make change. The 2 baristas let the gentleman know they could not do that.
This is not an issue of refusal of service because the order was placed and payment was not excepted.
Is this due to barista incompetence?
Is $ 202.05 not have enough money?
Is this common practice at this location?
Who runs this location?
Is this location customer selective?
Is Starbucks lowering their standard in service and not training baristas how to take twenty cents from a hundred dollar bill?
Do baristas need new and improved training?
Do baristas need higher training in accounting?
WoW! I am impressed by just the audacity of not taking the money from a paying customer.
So is our corporate coffee giant losing money due to incompetent baristas?
I am sure our corporate giant can afford to lose customers, but the stock holders may need to reconsider barista investment.

This Starbucks has really improved. I can acknowledge that this location used to be painstakingly slow, but they are now extremely efficient and friendly. My go-​to shop every morning.

I have been to so many disappointing Starbucks locations where the people are just incompetent and rude. I used to work a Starbucks and people should take pride in representing this brand.
Fortunately, this is one of the Best locations I have been to!!! I live close by so i frequent here about once a week. Every time they are friendly, great customer service and you don’t have to wait long for your drink! It is also very clean. Great job!

Beware of The Old Lady With PONYTAIL!!! You’ve been Warned!!! It seems like they need to get rid of one bad apple! Cause it’s a very great store when a certain employee is not there. OLDER LADY WITH A PONYTAIL!!! She is the worst. Every Morning she Makes everybody’s order before mine everytime!!! Maybe it’s a racist thing cause other reviewers is getting the same treatment. She literately ruins a good morning!!! Also when she is working there is always a line to the door always and very mad faces for sure. Sorry until something changes Newark drive-​thru is getting our buisnness.

I come to this Starbucks very often because it’s very close to where I live. I don’t have much interaction with the staff since I am only really there to get my drink and leave (I always just get something quick on my way home from some place).
I’ve also studied at this location once and it wasn’t that great. They have lots of tables, but it was probably because of the time frame I was there. It was pretty quiet until it got to late afternoon where everyone came in to get their drinks and started chatting. I mean, I can’t really complain because I didn’t expect the place to be in dead silence.
Overall, I always have a great time here even if it’s just getting a drink on the go. The staff is always quick in getting your drink to you.
