I came in one day and my boyfriend bought me an iPhone. Two weeks later my charger broke. I came back telling them that the part you put into your phone is loose and won’t charge my phone anymore and that I’ve only had my phone for 2 weeks. I’ve also paid for that total equipment protection and this young mexican guy said to «Go to the apple store. You can get a new charger there because we can’t give you a new charger.» First off, why do I have to drive all the way to Valley Fair’s Apple Store when I bought from this same exact Sprint Store. What’s the point of paying for the total equipment protection? That’s so pointless, I just need a new charger…
The next couple days, I went to the Apple Store and knowing Valley Fair on a Saturday, it’s pretty busy and they told me they had to slip me in at the last second. So I basically had to wait until the store closed. GREAT. Once they called my name, I swear it took them less than 20 seconds to look at my charger, telling me they can’t give me a new charger because it’s not an Apple Charger, it’s a generic brand. I told them I bought my phone and this charger came along with it at the sprint store and they told me to come here to the apple store to get it replaced… The worker from apple told me to go back to the sprint store and tell them exactly what they told me, it’s not an apple charger its a generic brand. UH OKAY! Wasted my time at the Apple Store.
The next day I come back to this same Sprint store and I told another guy (he was fat, no offense but I’m just trying to point people out because not a lot of associates work there) who was behind the phone repair center about my situation. He didn’t know what to say, so I asked him can I just have a new charger? He said no because he can’t take out a charger from a new phone and just give it to me and told me I have to buy a new charger from the store. AGAIN, why do I have to buy a new charger when I paid for the total equipment protection and only had this phone for less than 2 weeks? I hated waiting at this point and just wanted to charge my phone because there was so many events going on that people needed to contact me asap, so I went to take a look at what they’ve got. NOT MUCH. I wanted to keep with the whole white theme that the apple charger came with, but they only have black chargers -.- (It was my first iPhone, so I kind of wanted it to be perfect) There was one with a white and black wall charger but a black chord and the guy suggested that, but I still said no. Then he made a suggestion saying, «If you buy this, I’ll take out the black chord and exchange it for the white chord from an iPhone box.» HE JUST TOLD ME HE CAN’T TAKE OUT ANYTHING FROM AN iPHONE BOX AND NOW HE’S TELLING ME HE CAN DO AN EXCHANGE FOR IT??? I seriously, don’t know what was going through his head. I don’t know if he even remembered what he said earlier, but that was ridiculous… I just left. I wish I caught both of their names because I’ve never received that kind of customer service, giving me false information with Sprint and I’ve been with them for a while now. Can the manager please read this? I still want an explanation of everything.

They did recommend that because my phone was having blockage connecting to towers that I get a new one, cover my my insurance. They did their job in the end. However:
It reeked of marijuana as you got closer to the back, where the repair shop was.
The gal on the floor seemed to know very little about opening a ticket, and didn’t know how to use their servers. The guy sitting in the repair portion seemed to scoff at my phone just because the screen was cracked, as if the newest wear and tear was the reason why my phone hadn’t been working properly for the last year plus.
I live in a non Sprint covered area, hence why it took so long to get into a repair shop. But when a customer comes in telling you the notes from the hour she just spent on the phone with customer service are I’m the account, you should bloody well just look at the account, rather than asking me to regurgitate the entire conversation.
Would not go back.

Helped me out after corperate store f*cked me over. And a few times after that. Everybody comes in at the same time so it seems ‘understaffed’ and what not. The people here are helpful and try to get to everyone as soon as they can.

I have come into today because I though someone stole my phone on Saturday. But today my phone was found and then came to this store and try to fix my cell. Daniel the store manager was awesome with talking to me and keeping me entertain while I wait for my phone to do a back. I have to wait like 2 hours. I have many pics and video. I am happy that my life is back to normal. Thank you Daniel, Adan, and their Regional Manager whose name I don’t remember.
The staff her was very friendly and will keep you entertained.

I came in to sprint in fremont and it never fails. they have great customer service and take care of any questions you have. I live in Hayward but coming to this store is worth the drive.

I woke up today to find my samsung s4 screen won’t turn on. All my business messages were gone and I had 5 appointments setup today… Came into the store today and they tried literally everything imaginable to transfer my messages. After several attempts, Bam! He got it to work! I’m so grateful to them, thanks guys!

1) Ordered a new phone never received it
2) Employees are liars

This was the worst Experience, I’ve had at any Sprint Location. The Guy working there was So Lazzy and made up a bunch of Bullshit reasons as to why he couldn’t help me out. I drove to a Nearby Sprint Store and as soon as I walked in they where able to Help me out with no Problem at all. I’ll never go back to this Location. I’ve bought my mom a phone there and also my Tablet. I was going to buy my Girl Friends IPhone 6 Plus upon the Visit but the Guys Attitude Changed that in a Flash. It makes me want to Switch Carriers. I’m so Pissed that I had to even drive to another Store for Help with something so Simple.

Worst customer service ever. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I work in the customer service industry and to have someone tagged as a Store Manager pick up personal calls while you’re with clients who waited half an hour for service is NOT doing your job right. Not 1 personal call, 2. And all he said was «sorry I have to take this» and they did not sound at all urgent. He did not seem at all interested in the clients in front of him, his demeanor was well below par of professional. Seriously Sprint. I’d take an undercover boss to this place and check the staff because if your store manager does this, I wonder what everyone else is doing.

came here with bf on friday to up grade phone. done quick.
the phone i wanted was not available and was told to come back tuesday afternoon to get the phone. came on tuesday and they were closed for a meeting. ug!
came back on wednesday and they didn’t have it… seriously?! total fail!

Good customer service is seriously hard to find these days. I certainly didn’t expect it walking in to Sprint on a Wednesday. Mid week, young folk working… like I said, you just don’t expect it. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Store manager Nickolas Ross and the young lady working with him that day (didn’t get her name) went above and beyond to help me find and purchase a new phone. Nickolas went over details with several phones and never did I get the feeling that he was in a rush to get a sale or that he was
me. He went over all the new FRAMILY plan with me and was able to save me a few bucks. His assistant was helping another customer when I first got there but I noticed that she was very well trained and extremely patient and polite. Kudos to Sprint on hiring these two.

I am very pleased with this store as I’ve had several cell phones now since 2000′ I’ve had Cingular, AT&T, Nextel, metro pcs, and a few burn phones. And I must say this sprint store has earned my trust and respect as they have always been there for my needs and I would feel very good about sending my closest friend there… thank you for the great service !

Little did I know that once you’re done with your contract, it doesn’t automatically shut off after your final bill cycle. So, because I was in the area I decided to go in and close my account.
It was a good hour or so before closing and the store was empty. The two sales reps were on their phones, no «hellos» or anything till I came up to them. Okay, lame — retail sucks I get it. BUT! When I asked them about my account and needing to close it, the rep simply pulled out a sticky note and wrote out a number and said I needed to call in their customer service line to close the account… Said thanks and walked back to the car and dialed the number. Apparently after business hours (8−5pm Eastern time) it’s a # for a dating company. Don’t believe me? Try it. (888) 211.4727.
At least the number I dialed on my contract sheets at home the next morning were correct. And the sales rep over the phone was extremely helpful and sweet! But other than that, this store sucks.

So this was the first sprint store I went to. I had seen the current deals online and he told me they didn’t have those deals and they didn’t even have contracts anymore. They tried to sell me the free phone from the online deal for 600 dollars. Luckily I went home and checked online again. I got the deal and went to an actual sprint store where I was taken care of. Don’t go to this store

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE.
The employees here are rude and the store is understaffed. I came in to have my phone fixed and waited for an hour only to be turned down because the only worker there wanted to go on his lunch break. Don’t get me wrong, everyone needs a lunch break, but the way this guy shoved out all the customers just so that he could go on his break was rude and disrespectful. NEVER again am i coming to this sprint.

This is a wireless lifestyle store and NOT a Sprint store. I bought a replacement for my iPhone and decided that I preferred an S4 instead. My phone was barely hours old and the guy told me that not only did I have to pay $ 35 restocking fee (which you would normally pay at any SPRINT store) but also another $ 50 to make up the difference of the mail-​in rebate (something the regular Sprint Store does not do.)
When I brought it back I was shown where it says on the receipt regarding this stupid policy, something they failed to point out while I was buying the phone.
Save yourself the headache and go directly to a Sprint corporate store. These guys here do not have the same capabilities as a regular corporate store and do not follow the same policies.

Earlier in the day I had gone to a Sprint store in SF near my work to simply pay my bill and recieved a total lack of customer service so I ended up walking out before I could do that.
I spotted this store on my way to dinner a couple of hours later and walked in. Within 5 minutes I paid my bill and was on my way out having had excellent customer service. He even answered a few questions my boyfriend had about his Sprint account as well. I neglected to get his name (sorry!). I would definitely come back.

Been in here on two occasions. The second time was today’s visit that prompted my review.
First occasion: I went in and told someone I needed a phone repaired. After I waited around for an hour IN THE STORE and after the hour had passed, they finally told me the repair technician would not be in that day. How is it possible that these employees were hired without basic customer service skills? It’s perfectly fine that a technician isn’t in sometimes. but it’s not okay to let a customer wait around without even asking what she’s waiting for or checking up on her. Seriously, why hire any help when they are NO HELP at all?!
Second occasion. I’m inquiring about an upgrade to my phone and the status of phones being out of stock. Attitude I get is «oh you’re shit out of luck, call a corporate store.» When I finally ask «what can YOU do to help me?».the answer is.“Oh I can give you the number to Customer Care”. Thanks, I can Google just fine. Seriously. W T F. These employees are as useful as automated phone recordings. If the answer is always «go to a corporate store» or «call Sprint»…why even have any second-​rate 3^rd party stores?! To the manager/​owner of this store… how about send some mystery shoppers over to see how your employees are taking care of your business? Maybe that’ll whip them into shape.
Never going back here. I’ll save myself the hassle and go straight to a corporate store. like now. Off to Newpark Sprint to see «Chris» who already sounds awesome on the phone. Review to come…

I recently went to Sprint with my boyfriend… and wow customer service stinks! We waited for about 30 minutes before we were told to sign the list which was located behind the check out counter SMH! What really ticked me off was when a customer went to another sprint store and was immediately seen. When asked about it he stated some excuse wjich i didn’t really want to hear
We arrived @ sprint about 10:30 and didn’t leave until 13:00…So glad i’m with Verizon!

I did stop by to ask a question, since I walk right past on my was to get a pearl drink from Tapioca Express. Same drill, I walk in, they ignore me. Must be because I’m an adult, dressed in business casual and not hip gangsta.
Take my advice — go to a Best Buy phone store where you can compare different brands and plans — without the attitude. I hope Sprint as a company takes a hard look at the numbers and the reviews.
