Established in 2003.
Founded 2003 in San Francisco by restauranteur and chef Jack Wang. Famous for its hardcore spicy and contemporary Hunan/Szechuan Chinese cookings. Was featured in «Bizarre Foods» Travel Channel and also numerous foodie shows. Signature dishes: Chicken Wings with explosive chili pepper (La Zi Ji), Gangsta Casserole, Numbing Spicy Beef Tendon, Cumin Lamb, Mongolian Beef, Hunan smoked Hams, Steamed Hunan Fish Head, Spicy Fried Rice.
