This company is just awesome! After I moved into my new rental house I found that the pool pump wasn’t working (as well as the heater) I thought it would be really expansive repair since the equipment looked really old. I called this company and they were able to schedule me for 2 days later since it was the weekend. Monday morning came and they were at my door first thing in the morning, a quick diagnostic found that one of my valve was the issue, very honest people that does not go around the bush, The repair price was very reasonable! They were back later that day with the part and did an excellent job!
Thank you for guys for doing such a wonderful job on my pool I will defiantly use you again!

I bought a pool pump from Sparkle Pool & Spa back in May. Our pump has been leaking now since before Labor Day and I have yet to hear back from Sparkle Pool for someone to come out and take a look to access the problem. When the problem first happened I received a call back immediately. I was hopeful that someone would be out right away to resolve the problem. Since then I have called and called with no response. HORRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend this company.

This is a great company… I had them fix the pipe for my pump about a 6 months ago and recently it started leaking and then broke. The
service guy came over that night and stayed till 7:00 to fix it then followed with me the next day to make sure everything was ok, there was still a minor leak he was there again that night and got it fixed… works great. Things happen but its how you respond when they do that counts and they did great

I am new to having spa/​pool equipment. I called Sparkle Pool and Spa based on their Unilocal reviews, and I couldn’t be happier with them. Scheduling was very easy, they showed up exactly as promised. Viral very patiently showed me our system and how to run it, while Himanshu began the service. The thing I liked the most was that he was honest, upfront, and didn’t try to upsell me anything. He told me what I should and more importantly, should not have done. They finished the work as scheduled, and came back the next day to test and check the water. Overall, a great experience. Knowledgeable, prompt, and, most importantly, honest.

We’ve had our pool equipment replaced by them about a half year ago.
Not only was their bid very reasonable but the recommendation of a great cleaner head and the right filter, and a very well done job deserves our thumbs up.
But wait, beyond the initial job the customer service that follows is the best in class. They have been very responsive to some issues that we’ve gone through in the rough fall and winter seasons. We’ve been able maintain the pool ourselves — we are first timers! So the FIVE STARs are well deserved.

We called Val after seeing the positive reviews on Unilocal.Everything that was mentioned about his company were right on. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He explained what was needed and he and his brother installed a new heater for us. They were very professional honest and polite. So glad we found someone that knows about pools and is also trustworthy.

Outstanding service. Our pool had fallen into neglect, and we couldn’t get it to work correctly when we tried to salvage the situation last spring. Sparkle showed up and diagnosed the problem correctly, rebuilt a valve and replaced parts in the filter to keep DE from circulating, honored their very reasonable estimate, even though it took longer than they originally thought it might to get everything in to top form, and made our pool perfect. We’ve had them back for regular maintenance since then, and all summer the pool has been pristine. All we have to do is take the cover off on the days they come. Wonderful work, excellent value! I very strongly recommend Sparkle Pool and Spa.

Sparkle Pool & Spa is excellent, having been their customer for nearly one year, they provided truly worry-​free pool service. Viral is very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Communications are mainly through email, if anything goes wrong, Viral will attach a photo explaining problem/​impact/​solution/​how much to fix, the price is very reasonable and the service is great.

Val is good, Changed out my old pump to a variable, get a PGE rebate and save tons of $ on energy! Also Upgraded my pump and my pool water is crystal clear with minor amount of time and energy on my part (unlike before). Finally he rewired a real bad electrical post and attached it to the house the way it should have been. Overall couldn’t be happier, great products, service, and price.

My pool turned swamp was a huge headache/​eyesore for me and my family for the last 6 months when our pump broke. Sparkle Pool came in with a very reasonable price and was able to start with the drain and clean process right away. They explained all the work and the process in detail which made me very comfortable that I was dealing with a reputable company. They answered all my questions, even giving suggestions on how to maintain the water without trying to sell me their service (although I would not hesitate to use them for maintenance). Honest, candid, and professional… everything I expect from a great company. Highly recommended!!!

Just had my pool equipment upgraded by Viral and brother. I changed a VS pump, a sand filter, a booster pump and wiring, pipes. Overall the service is excellent. They really takes good care of the job. Communications with them is very efficient and timely.

Sparkle Pool and Spa has serviced our pool and spa since 2007. They do an excellent job of pool cleaning and maintenance. Our pool is 18’x36’ and has an automatic cover. We trusted SP&S to take care of our pool when we were out of the country. They treated our pool as if it were there’s! They make service seamless!
