Absolutely the best event planner I have ever dealt with — period! Charu and Kavitha are very passionate about what they do and excel at going above and beyond the call of duty to make every aspect of your special occasion absolutely PERFECT!
I called them based on a friend’s strong referral, to help plan my wife’s 40^th birthday party. They took the time to understand what was important to her and crafted a Havana Nights theme to create a Miami style chic ambiance which was perfect in every detail. She brought a number of vendors who offered great service at very economical prices — from the décor, to the florist, caterer, wait staff, valet, and the bartender. She even went out of her way to pick up the cake for my wife, and until the day of the event, worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect was taken care of. I have to admit i’m not very experienced with the planning, but they were both very patient and calm, and handled every last minute change with a smile on their face.
