Established in 2013.

We are back in the Bay Area for our second summer! Sage Camp’s mission is to inspire intellectual curiosity and confidence through innovative teaching methods. With a low student to teacher ratio, we aim to actively engage students in the learning process, determining the most effective teaching style and content for each pupil while emboldening students to cultivate insight into how they learn best. Our instructors are trained to incorporate interactive teaching techniques and to provide real-​world applications, engendering an authentic and stimulating learning experience!

Business Owner

Our founders are educators, scientists and entrepreneurs who understand the demands and expectations of higher education and the working world. We include graduates of Carnegie Mellon, Stanford, and Johns Hopkins, possessing a combined 50 years of teaching experience. We are engineers and public health experts who have worked at Google, conducted research with The World Health Organization, started pioneering businesses, and developed new products. So what brought us together? Teaching is our itch. It is the uniting passion that serves as the core of our organization. And we couldn’t think of a better way to satisfy that itch than by forming our own educational summer camp!
