This place is amazing the staff is so kind and safer than public storage. Toni the care giver helped me out all my stuff in my unit upstairs and helped me out with renting and returning the free truck they let you use

Needed storage during out move and this place was great — Very clean and efficient. They have dolleys and other items to help take stuff from your truck into the units. Gated with good security. Highly recommended.

As a previous operations manager for a portable storage company, I am very picky about storage places and all they have to offer. This place had the best price for size and since moving in we have actually gotten a second unit. They have been courteous, efficient and incredibly helpful.

Before renting a storage unit at Saf Keep, I had never heard of the company. Thanks to Google I was searching for something reasonably priced with the need to a few days following. Upon arrival, I liked that it looked clean. Once I went inside staff was friendly, and fortunately there was a spot that would fit my belongings for a good price. When they showed me the unit I was pleased, but even better, I love the security. I love how you must enter your code pretty much each time you enter, and to access elevators.
There are no foul odors, vacant units are clean, and all is well.

They have their own trucks available to you to rent!
What I am most pleased and grateful for with this company, is that if you request it, they have someone who will assist with moving things! Talk about making a day get better!

I’ve been renting a storage from them for about 2 years now. They have great customer service, the people that are at the front desk are friendly and will answer any questions/​concerns you may have. The facility is always clean and very roomy. Also, they have several convenient ways to pay. You can pay online on their website, go in personally, and there’s a machine outside where you can make your payment (if you can’t make it during their business hours). Great storage facility!

Clean, reliable, and affordable. We looked at a lot of places around South Fremont before deciding on Saf Keep and we couldn’t have been happier. When we moved in they allowed us to use their on-​site transportation vehicle which was super convenient and also helped us save money on renting our own truck.
We had been tenants for about 2 years where we had constantly moved items from our home to storage, and vice-​versa, until recently moving out all of our items completely. The facilities are super clean, they kept all of our belongings cool, and the staff have always been very nice and helpful.
Checkout process was awesome. Just a standard look into our space, a few signatures, and oh they also have this awesome service that allows you to help sell your items, and at the time we had some items that we wanted to donate, and they took those as well too. (Keep in mind this is when we checked out (May, 2015) so you want to check in with the staff to see if the service is still running.)
I give my highest possible rating and an A+ to Tracy, Jessica and the staff at Saf Keep. You guys rock!

This facility is hands down the safest, cleanest, and most reliable storage center in town. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptional at providing the best customer service around.
I was previously renting a unit from the Public Storage facility a few blocks down, and their facility was completely run down and undependable; I was far from comfortable storing my belongings in their unit, especially after an employee mentioned that break-​ins happen occasionally. The staff members themselves also seemed a bit unreliable; I felt that I could not trust them.
Feeling completely unsafe with using the Public Storage unit, I started looking for other options; I’m so glad I decided to look for a different storage facility, and have been fortunate to find Saf Keep Storage. My comfort level and experience at Saf Keep was completely opposite from Public Storage; simply put, it was the most positive and reassuring experience I’ve had so far.
The storage price was a bit more per month, but the comfort of having an individual alarm for your unit, plenty of lighting and security cameras throughout the premises, and a caretaker that’s onsite ²⁴⁄₇ provides enough comfort and peace of mind to make it worth every penny. First time customers also have an opportunity to win one of many notable prizes.
I highly recommend Fremont’s Saf Keep Storage to anyone looking for an exceptional staff with a dependable facility to safely store your belongings.

LOVE the staff here! They’re super nice and helpful should you ever need anything. The maintenance/​security guy is super friendly as well. I always felt that our belongings were safe. It’s very clean as well. We will definitely come back if we ever need to store our stuff.

The staff was so nice Jessica was very accommodating. The facility itself is very clean, and bright. And to be able to have access to hand carts is a plus.

The staffs are very friendly and the faculty is very nice and clean. The price is kind of high compared with storage around the area; however, the security system seems better. I will definitely recommend this storage.

This place is very friendly and the facility is well kept. It is pretty pricey compared to other facility but is a very secured facility. Still for my budget, i am crying inside.
I just rented a unit and used their 3 month special for that unit. Had my stuff moved in and everything was a breeze. Even today i had to move stuff around and one of the office person stayed and help me since i cant do heavy lifting. He was called back to the office and instead of leaving he said he wanted to finish assisting me even though i said it was ok.
Again very nice people and the facility is very clean.

What a pleasant experience my husband and I have had the past two times we came to Saf Keep! We were helped both times by Michael, he was very informative and friendly! They really make sure you feel safe leaving your personal belongings here! The safety of this storage place is amazing! I love how clean the storages are! All of the great perks and deals are awesome too! They have carts for there customers to use and a free rental truck that you would not normally hear of at other places! I am glad we chose this storage business!

We were looking for a storage place for some extra furniture we had. I looked on Unilocal and saw that saf keep was the best reviewed. Nonetheless, I called all of the different storage centers in the area, I kept coming back to Saf Keep because the price was affordable and the service was good.
When I got to the business itself, the customer service was really friendly. They showed us the unit we’d be getting on multiple occasions so that everyone was aware of it. They also explained their system and gave us suggestions.
We chose Saf Keep and we’re glad we made that decision. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that’s looking for a storage unit.

I’m one of those crazy people who actually pays money to someone else to store my stuff…
I’ve used many different storage facilities over the years… but SafKeep is the cleanest place I’ve found so far. The customer service reps were responsive. When I couldn’t get the ramp out from the moving truck, one of the SafKeep guys came out to help.
And they worked with me even though I was a bit late on returning the truck.
The cleanliness of the storage units and the ease of opening the doors… especially the roll up doors is a total BONUS.
The cost is a bit higher than other places, but the trade-​off is a good, clean facility.
I only wish that the internet specials were more global to all the units, not just specific ones.
The registration process was very fast and easy… all automated on a touch screen monitor/​kiosk.

I never thought of a storage place as needing much in the way of customer service… put your junk in and let it sit, right? Well I needed storage at the last minute of a very stressful move. The day I came in here last December I was about to snap… one of the most miserable, lonely and stressful days of my life… and then I met Jessica:)
She was like a breathe of fresh air! Everyone here was so kind and helpful, they really saw me through a rough time. Moving forward, they return calls and emails promptly and are always professional and helpful. Not only do they have carts that other folks have mentioned, but they have a forklift as well to use at no additional cost! This feature saved my butt on the moving out end, so I can’t say enough good things about them! It is expensive, but worth it it for help when you need it.
