Rockin Jump Fremont

This place is really good for evening or weekend fun time for kids but not so much for birthday parties.
This review is overdue from my daughter’s birthday late last year where I was terribly disappointed with their customer service.
I was skeptical about this place since I wanted to have a theme party room but when I went to check in, the front desk clearly indicated that I will have atleast 15 – 20 minutes for decorations.
Let me take that back– Actually, the first time I went to inquire about how this whole thing works, they said Rockin Jump staff will assist to put some docorations in the room and we should bring the decorations. I explained it will be a theme party and decorations are very important. They said that should not be a problem. I paid and registered confirming multiple time about the possibility of decorations. Next time when I came to confirm the reservation, they said I will be given 15 minutes before the party time and I have do the decorations with no staff will help. I was ok with that since I just need that room 15 minutes earlier.
The day of the party, my host Cindy indicated that I can get in the room only at 4 pm which is start of the party. I got upset since I had a lot planned and had a team arranged to do decorations. I went to the front desk and when I asked for the manager, he was less than helpful. You normally expect manager to help you while on the other hand, he was extremely rude and said they cannot ask other guest to hurry even after their party time (surprise, surprise when I registered I was told that I will have the room only for a specified time). He was not even willing to take a look and see if there were any options to help given the situation.
It amazed me on how I was not informed about any of this earlier when I made my inquiries on the process. I expressed my frustration to the host. She was amazing. She talked to the host of the earlier party and made sure they left on time. That was all needed.
Interestingly, either because we complained to the manager (who by the way saw us walk into the room early and make our decorations) or because of lack of staff, our host Cindy was left to dry. She was trying her best running around to get the pizzas and drinks on time. On the earlier birthday party, there were atleast two people helping out in a party. Here only one host.
So the guest had to take their own pizzas after waiting for 10 – 15 minutes. drinks were late. They ran out of what we ordered and had some replacement. It was total mess and so disorganized.
If our host had not helped, my daughter would have been so disappointed.
Only good part is their facilities are good and the kids enjoyed the jump… I would never come here or recommend this place for a birthday party.

I want to thank Ted, our party host, for his superior customer service this past Saturday when we celebrated my daughter, Serena’s 13^th birthday. He was extremely friendly, helpful and very organized. He patiently answered all of our questions and was truly critical in making this a tremendously easy experience for my husband and I. Additionally, he made sure Rockin Jump was a truly memorable experience for my daughter. Thank you Ted! You truly demonstrated superb customer service!!! I highly recommend Rockin Jump for any party as well as individual drop ins. If possible, request Ted as your party host. You will not be disappointed!

We came here on a fluke as the ice skating rink was closed. Though the 12 year old birthday girl was disappointed, Rockin Jump seemed like a good option to burn off all the cake. We only jumped for 30 mins (trust me — if you are an out of shape person over 30, that is enough) but it was basically «Lord of the Flies» in the dodgeball area. As soon as we (me and a couple) entered, we were told «headshots only» by the kids already in there. I’m not even sure the staff were watching as we were beamed in the heads, sometimes beaming us with the ball as close as a couple of feet away. There was no intervention by the staff. Granted the last time I played dodgeball was 18 years ago, but we weren’t allowed to aim for the head. These kids were ruthless!
We also went to the traditional trampoline area where my friend was told to stop resting (she was leaning against the trampoline on the wall.) However, I noticed the staff were pretty lenient about watching everyone else. Of the three people «supervising» two were practicing a dance and the other was standing with her back to the trampoline area as she watched the two dancing. I get that these teenagers probably get minimum wage, but children could easily get hurt.
Plus side — the guy at the register (where we paid for our tickets) was really nice. All the different trampoline areas were also interesting. I also understand that I’m not the target audience, but if/​when I have children I would be worried for their safety bringing them here.

We had an extremely great party host named Ted! He managed all of our needs and provided excellent service. On top of that he was extremely gorgeous and not only did he get a tip but I let him put the tip in ;)

Stinky? Yes. A madhouse? Most certainly. Great for kids? Oh, yea! Come with plenty of antibacterial wipes and a change of clothes for your kids and you’re going to be just fine. Little one loved this place, and I’m sure we’ll be back. Great place to burn off energy on a rainy day or random holiday.

2 stars because I usually enjoy taking my sister here. It is a nice, clean facility and she has a lot of fun whenever we come here.
However, when we had her birthday party here yesterday, I was very disappointed with the service we received. All the staff are young and really rude. They weren’t friendly to the kids attending the party and definitely were not supervising them the way they should have.
Our party host was really rude… I did not feel comfortable around her and I felt like she was rolling her eyes the whole time. I think her name was Cynthia. While my guest were still arriving, she was missing. The front desk was even looking for her. When I tried to complain, they said she was taking a 10 min break. But we were waiting for over than 10 min… Why couldn’t they have someone fill in for her? Our party’s jump time was only an hour and a half so it’s upsetting that so much time was wasted because we didn’t know where she was.
Definitely would book another party or come back to this location. But there is one in Dublin that is much better with customer service.

This is a great place for parties.
We had kids aging from 5 – 10 there and everybody enjoyed all the activities. jumping area, basketball area, rock climbing, laser tag room and etc. They are all included in a good price. The kids really had lots of fun.
It is also very safe. There is a dedicated employee in each activity area to help and direct the participants.
The foods are at a very reasonable price.
The party room is very clean and all the gears you need are there in the room, plates, cups, lighter for candles and etc. It’s so convenient.
The employees are very professional and friendly. If you do need the attention from the manager, Rocky, he is on top of everything. Rocky rocks.
This is not just a place for parties, but a good place to go and spend some energy and have fun at the same time.
Every year we choose a different place to go for parties, and now we don’t need to find a new place. We will come back here again.

I want to give a special thank you to Ayanna for Rockin jump I’m only writing this review because of her she saved my life with my daughter’s birthday party. I bought a Groupon for my daughter’s birthday party for about 20 kids and didn’t realize that it wasn’t good on Fridays. She worked her magic and gave me a great discount that I could still afford paying for my daughters party on the spot. Which was an immense help as a single mother of three kids I don’t know what I would’ve done without
if you get to read this thank you Ayanna. And if you’re reading this and and you’re her boss she deserves a raise thank you. The only complain that I had was the attendance in the jump area were extremely rude to myself and my children and the children in my party there were too many to put names down.

This is a fun place for my kids but what is the point of the staff as they watched a kid hit my son in the face 2x with the ball he is crying and I asked her and she said yeah she saw it. So I asked her if that is allowed and she said no but continued to allow the other kid pummel smaller kids with the ball.

I really hope to book a party but I am so discouraged because you can never NEVER ever get a live person on the phone! In the past I have made several attempts to call!

Can use some. Up grades. Larger Rock climbing wall, better party booking rooms, small healthy café. Or starbucks and jamba juice will helpful. But coverall the kid loved it

My kids adore this place! My 5 year old got up higher on the rock wall than ever before, and my kids discovered that laser «Line Wire» booth (I may have that wrong) where they pretended to be secret spies climbing out of a building tripped with laser beam security. There was also a game projected from the ceiling (that appeared to be a WIP, watch out for the future) where the toddlers had a blast stomping on clouds or something like that. Who cares, it kept my 3 year old amused, and active, for quite a while. Nice deal! Mommy got free WiFi, and a cheap chair massage, while the kids worked their energy out in a clean, safe environment, and ultimately passed out, insuring Mommy, and Dady, the ultimate Valentine’s evening! What more could a mom ask for?

First time here, gave it a try today since we got a good deal using Groupon. We were a group of 6 and celebrating a family birthday. Fun for the whole family. Lots of different rooms of activities. The jostling or whatever you want to call it, (see my pic) was the most fun. There’s lots of things to do. If you want you can even just sit in one of the massaging chairs near the trampoline room while the kids run and jump around.

This is a fun place for the kids to burn off their infinite energy. My buddy and I went on a whim. Well, not actually… found the Groupon deal. We went more out of curiosity. Outside, the facility didn’t seem like much but it’s immense inside. Before anything else, you will need to fill in your information and sign waiver form (either at the touch screen stations or online) even before payment. Your hour will start at a certain interval — 10 minutes each group will go in, wearing a specific color wrist band. That’s their way to keep track of so many people and how long they’ve been in the play area. When your time is up, your color will be called on the PA system. You must have non-​slip socks on, either bring your own pair or purchase $ 2.50). There are lockers for you to put your personal effects in.
There are several separate play areas: climbing wall (for 4), basketball hoops (2 or full court), dodge ball, jousting, huge trampoline space, and foam pit. All, except jousting and climbing wall had the trampoline floors. The big trampoline space is a good spot to start, with a smaller area for 6 and under kids. There is a rule against sitting. We wished the basketball area was bigger with more baskets. It was quite popular, since everyone wants to practice their dunks. Yes, I did get one in! There’s an employee to ref/​chaperone. Actually, all areas had someone to supervise — to keep everything in order. The dodge ball area is intense, but the foam balls won’t injure anyone because they aren’t too hard. Don’t scoff at the climbing wall. The left 2 are tough! You don’t realize your fear of heights until you’re up there!
There’s also a break area with concession stand, massage chairs, lockers, etc. ATM is available for if you need to purchase a cold drink or Dippin’ Dots from the vending machines. Alas, it was an enjoyable experience. Admittedly, we had to take several breaks to hydrate and cool down. Nothing like Rockin’ Jump to make you realize you’re no spring chicken…

We went here for my niece 5^th birthday party. There’s some really cool stuff here, the whole foam pits, trampolines, rock climbing wall, etc. They kind of have it similar to Pump it Up. You go and play then you go and eat in the room.
The issue here is, its very unorganized. You should have the rooms with play areas more organized and less chaotic. They don’t keep the groups of parties together, it’s just 200 kids running around all rooms and you don’t know who’s where or where you should be going.
Then they gave us a private room for 5 minutes. LOL. 5 minutes isn’t nothing. What’s the point. I’m not some employee or advocate of Pump it Up, but when you go in sets like that, the room you’re in, is yours, and then you go into the next room, then the eating room. When you’re in the room, its yours.
That way probably makes a tad less money, but overall, it’s going to be better for your business.
The way Rockin Jump does it wont bring as much return clients, at least by way of having birthday parties there. If you want your birthday parties to be enjoyable for the families and their guests, keep them together, which is better for the kids anyhow. Give them some private time in each area, have a rotation of parties set for the weekend days. You’ll make good money still, and make the bday party exp for the customer a lot better.

The idea of this place is great. We held my son’s 7^th birthday party here and he and his guests all had a blast. Service was fantastic (Andrea was the host) and food is basic kid junk.
We have been back 3 other times to let the kiddo burn off energy and it has not been as enjoyable. The staff are a bunch of young personality challenged high school kids or «adults» who have yet to grow up. They are all chatty but only when speakong to each other or talking avout guests. On one occasion a worker snatched a ball from my son so he could play with his friends who came in. In true mama bear fashion I walked over and snatched the ball right back. Mama don’t play that! Try to arrive on the hour or half hour. Today we arrived at 436 and we’re told we could wait until 5 or loose 6 minutes. Gems these people are I tell ya.
Give it a try but come with your resting b face on and keep a close eye on your child. Do not come on weekends as it is a zoo. Happy jumping.

Like the other reviews say whole process check in process is slow and café Had minimal food choices.
They make you buy their own socks for name of safety .they have really young kids working for security/​supervision.
Overall one time deal … Not going again.

It’s fun! Makes you feel like a kid again. Got a groupon, but it doesn’t cover the socks. Be warned, you have to pay $ 2 for their socks because of the grip.
There’s a few major areas, one is just straight jumping, rock climing, foam pit, dodge ball, gladiator, and basketball hoop.
The lockers are free, you set your own combination, that if you forget, just tell customer service and they can open it for you.
My fav was gladiator and the foam pit. It’s really hard to get out, almost lost my sock. Rock climbing was hard, but fun and scary at the same time.
I would come back though! I think one hour is enough, I’m an adult and was tired already.
