Called one day to get a quote on a 650+ page print job, the gentleman on the phone asked me a few questions about my printing preferences (black and white or color/​single or double sided) and gave me a quote on the spot. Kept the quote in mind and called another place because they aren’t open weekends and Printx Office’s quote was still cheaper (by $ 20!!) so I waited until the following week to come by.
Called again to check if the quote was still valid and it will was. I just wanted to make sure I was still going to be charged the same amount they originally told me, I’ve been to places that tell me one thing and charge me something else. Came in with a USB stick with the file and added an extra file of 250 pages to my print job, they took it without a problem and again asked about printing preferences for the new documents to be printed.
Was able to pick up my printed documents just after 24 hours of giving it to them. :) They are convenient and quick!
Overall the two gentlemen I spoke to over the phone and in person were very polite and professional. I wish I knew their names so I could let you guys know. I will definitely be coming back here for any print jobs I’d rather not do at home or try their other services.

Stopped by here to send a DHL package. Owner was very helpful and through with my concerns. He even took time to call DHL customer service to double check on something. Was very satisfied with their service. Will definitely be coming back for my future mailing needs.

Needed copies of important documents and the lady that helped me was very nice! She made everything easy and quick. I was literally there for 2 mins. Will definitely go here again if I need to copy something and the pricing isn’t bad at all too.

Came in to make some copies for my kinesiology class. My ratchet printer stopped working so had to come here. There was one person before me but they were doing something else. I was greeted by some guy and he asked what I needed (he was alright. Not the friendliest.) I told him I needed to make copies of something. I didn’t hear him tell me the password so I had to ask the woman (assuming she’s the owner.) She told me the password. I made 30 copies and it turned out to be 4 something. I only used the Internet for a short time but they do charge for using the Internet. Copies are pretty cheap. They did charge me an additional dollar since it was under 5 bucks. I was cool with that. Staff is friendly (except the guy in my opinion) and it’s quite cheap too. Definitely recommend.

These guys were so helpful! Had to print out a few pages for a project (10 – 12, black and white), something super uncomplicated. They were very friendly and nice to work with. I also picked up some off-​brand Post-​Its for pretty cheap.
The shop is small though, so I don’t know how they would be with anything super complicated. My family is in the printing business so my bar for printing capabilities is a bit high. But for quick one-​off jobs, I will definitely be back here!

They are cheaper than Kinkos (no for scanning) but go only if you have time to spend. They’re working with limited resources there’s only two computers and the scanner that they do behind the counter so if there’s someone ahead of you be prepared to wait. But they gave me a free scan for my wait.

I came here once for some printing and scanning job. The lady was very helpful. When I was there there was another customer who needed great help and she was very patient. I was impressed.
I gave it four stars instead of five mainly because the computer system seem needing some cleanup. There are many items on the desktop and the instructions are not very clear. Some cleanup software also came up when I was using it. It made me worry that there might be virus.
I’ll definitely come back.

I got a couple of books bound here, and absolutely loved the service. The lady who helped me over the phone was so kind, and they did excellent jobs with the binding. And the prices are great too!
All around wonderful experience! I will be coming back to this location for all of my printing needs! :)

I had a small project that is worth a lot of points for my school. I needed my 50 4×6 index cards to be binded. Just within few hours before they close, they were able to get the job done. Very flexible and professional. Because, I forgot one introduction cover and they waited for me to get the job done. Thanks for your great service!

I am happy to say that I just had some prints done here today. I wanted to test some other companies out since I typically use Fed Ex/​Kinkos on Mowry and haven’t been impressed with their customer service or quality of work lately. I actually called Aria Printing in Fremont first about the job. Aria Printing’s staff were friendly and helpful, but the quote for the job was pretty high, so that is when I called PrintX. All of the staff at PrintX were accommodating and friendly. Jan did the work. She was very helpful and made suggestions that improved the quality of the work. It was important to her that I left happy. This experience exceeded my expectations especially since I have been accustomed to using the Kinko’s. Their prices are competitive and I will be a repeat a repeat customer at PrintX.

Their customer service sucks!!! not coming back, they’re lucky that I needed a paper notarized and I didn’t wanted to drive somewhere else.

I used PrintX to make a few extra copies of my wedding invitations today– the lady at the counter was so helpful and accommodating! I had already been turned away by the FedX store on AutoMall because they felt that their copies would be too dark, so I was extremely relieved to receive the high quality service that I did! The cards themselves turned out beautiful, not dark at all. I would definitely recommend this place to other people in need of complicated copies! She even let me use her roller to make nice folds in the cards.

I used PrintX for business card for my company. They are really prompt and did a really great job. My executives are really impressed with the quality of card material and printing. My card where delivered on time for very competitive prices.
Meharpal (owner) was really good is replying his email. He made the process really quick and easy.

Used this place a few times now. The lady was very helpful and tried to make sure I was satisfied with my print quality. The guy was unattentive and seemed annoyed.
I would rate 4 stars, however I needed an urgent print job and showed up at 9:30. 30 minutes later, still no one at the shop.

I LOVE this local print shop! They work efficiently with a decent price. I had couple big amount and rush printing business with them in the end of 2012, and couple small businesses in 2013. They ALWAYS had my projects delivered on time in a very tight deadline for printing, binding, with a VERY REASONABLE price. Also when there were some technique issue or problems, they will try to figure it out with the clients and get the best solution for the situation which I really appreciate it. I will definitely visit them again.

Very competitive price and very courteous and helpful lady. I definitely recommend for printing needs.

TIP: Bring your flash drive and print on one of the two computers at the shop. Super easy!
This small print and copy shop is a little hard to find – it’s a corner store right before the highway overpass – but it’s worth scoping out. The man working there was quick and to the point, and the woman who helped me out wanted to double check everything to make sure it was right. I had a small printing job – 14 pages total, but it needed to be high quality color prints – that came out great. They answer the phone quickly too – I know this because I called beforehand to ask about their prices.
Give PrintX a try if you’re tired of Kinkos and FedEx!

It feels GREAT to support local business instead of going to Kinko’s/FedEx! Came here for quick photocopies of flyers for my lost dog.
I’ve been out of touch how much copies cost nowadays, but it was roughly 50 cents for color. As I was very distraught — it didn’t matter as I was just focused on getting those flyers and hopefully up by the end of the day!
The nice gentleman helped us with the copies and the lady with him behind the counter was SOOOO sweet. She was generally concerned and wished me the best of luck to find my dog. She even came around and gave me a quick hug. That really meant the world to me for a stranger to be genuinely concerned. (And if you’re reading this — YES doggy was found and is HOME!!!)
For any of my office needs, I will most def come back. Also — Amex friendly, yaay!
