Pluck is a new kind of food truck in the Bay Area. We use fresh, quality ingredients, culinary technology and classic cooking techniques to deliver artisan duck dishes from our Sprinter van.
Our duck pastrami, smoked duck breast and duck confit is all made in house, and we make our salsa verde, fois gras mousse, pickled onions and mushrooms, onion jam and side pickles in house as well.
We use the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables, from partners like:
–Petaluma’s 38 North Farm and McEvoy Ranch
–Cowgirl Creamery
–Hudson Valley Farms
–Sun Noodles
We believe in the humane treatment of animals, and have designed our business to be sure there is no waste. We use every part of the duck, even using the bones for stock.
Our containers are compostable or recyclable, and we use local suppliers whenever possible, to minimize our environmental impact.
