This is an over due review on Lori. I had booked her for my daughter’s 4^th birthday party back in Feb. She was amazing to do business with.
Kids loved her face painting, balloons and magic show. She was very patient with kids and took time with each one of them.
I had hired another company before this and she wasn’t nice or patient with them. So having Lori was fun. I first ran into her in another kids party where my daughter loved her show a lot and kept asking me to invite Ms. Peek-​a-​Boo. Its been 8^th months and my daughter still remembers her :)
If you are looking for an entertainer then look no further. She is the best.

Little kids, big kids, shy ones and not so ready to party and be entertained, Lori does an amazing job engaging them. Thank you so much for keeping the kids and even some adults entertained during our son’s first year. I can’t wait til he is old enough to really be entertained .
All parents out there who are scouting for an entertainer who is funny, very entertaining, versatile and more and of course not creepy, Lori is your gal.

First time Lori entertained about 25 kids from age 2 to 12 at our company family picnic at Quarry Lakes in Fremont back in 2012. She was so kids loving, her show and balloons were so age appropriate, that we invited her this year again! She did not disappoint us. In addition to the show and balloons she added face, hands and legs painting for our happy kids! Her love and enthusiasm was awarded by our hugs!
She was very prompt, responded in time to my e-​mails and phone calls. I will definitely hire her again.

I have worked w/​Lori on several children’s birthday parties. She is top notch entertainment for kids. The kids are always kept entertained w/​her magic show, face painting and balloon animals. She’s on-​time a professional to boot! If your gonna have a party do it right and hire Lori!

I reserved peeka boo the clown at the last minute for a late bday party as her reviews were pretty good. She didn’t even show up at the party and sent a different clown instead and didn’t even bother to call. Apparently she was sick but still charged 175 for one hour.

Balloon animals are awesome and she’s fast and funny! A few specialties: face painting, magic tricks, clowning around :)

Our company has been booking entertainment with Bay Area Entertainment (Lori) for almost 9 years now, but I personally have been working with her for 3 years. Lori and her team are wonderful to work with, they are great with kids of all ages, each of their energy keeps an event or party going, they come dressed to impress for the theme or holiday we are doing an event for and they are VERY dependable. We get great feedback from all of our parents at our events and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. We love working with Bay Area Entertainment and you will too :)

Always treats the performers & talent she hires better than any other agency in the bay area! Been with her since 2004. Other entertainers have been with her much longer than I have. Extremely fair to the performers as well as the customers. Never fussing or arguing over pricing and hourly rates as with a couple other agencies in the bay area.

What a GREAT place to do business with!!! I havent booked my party yet but after I got off the phone with Lori I knew this was the company for me. I have never used a clown before so I was calling around and Lori took the time to give me some tips for how to keep the kids entertained even if I didnt use her. I hired Lori one month before my son’s 4^th birthday party to entertain 12 kids and their parents. This was after speaking with almost 10 entertainers !
Unfortunately, the evening before the party, I received a call from Lori informing me that she had slipped and twisted her wrist.
Though we could not have seen Lori in action, we do appreciate her professionalism. In her calling whilst enroute to the emergency room, but in also following through with a replacement entertainer. This was all done at the eleventh hour and a chapter out of Murphy’s Law, but we are glad that things did work out with (through) Lori.
I will be calling her when I do have an opportunity to hire an entertainer again !!

We hired Peek-​a-​Boo herself… to come to our daughter’s birthday party. Our daughter was turning 8, so on the border of being too old for a clown… but… Peek-​a-​Boo kept the kids entertained & more importantly… our daughter said «that was the best party I ever had!!!» Many thanks to Peek-a-Boo…she did a great job & was fun & funny to us all! The girls loved the face paintings & balloons. Everyone loved her!

I hired both a balloon twister (owner Lori herself) and a face painter from Bay Area Entertainment Network for a large family picnic for my 20-​year high school reunion. What a success!
The kids absolutely loved both of them, and lined up repeatedly (and waited patiently in line!). Lori was really great at interacting with the kids… not only twisting the balloons, but keeping them entertained in line and joking and playing with them.
Parents loved the fact that the face paint dried instantly, so there was no mess or need to wait before touching faces. And the face painter was so talented!
Highly recommend! I hope I have another event where I can book them again!
