Dr. Mittal Patel is board certified Family Physician and serving Bay area for the last 12 years. She has passion to deliver family care the way it is supposed to be — focusing on prevention, early diagnosis and comprehensive treatments for the whole family — kids, adults and elders.

She believes in highly personalized care and to be a single point person for all health care related issues as a primary care physician.
