The food was great. We tried at least 7 different entrees and they were all soooo good. The service was good as well. Our waiter was awesome and took good care of us. He was engaged and attentive thru out.

My first time ever coming to PF Chang last weekend and it left me a bit disappointed in the food. May be I am bias because I am a fan of authentic Cantonese style Chinese food so I am finicky when it comes to this. 1) Atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and I can make a reservation online which I like. 2) Chicken lettuce wrap is good but they were a bit stingy with the lettuce. 3) Drinks(virgin piña colada, strawberry cucumber lemonade) were good per my family member 4) Pepper steak is way too saucy and salty and meat is not tender. It doesn’t have the firey wok flavor like traditional Cantonese cooking. 5) Egg plant dish was again way too saucy but eatable 6) Buddha Feast vegetable we got did not appear to be stir fry. Told the waiter to stir fry but the vege was steamed and sauce was poured over it. Not good 7) Got couple bowl of rice and again they seem to be stingy with it. 8) Stir fry low mein is just okay, still way too saucy and little bit salty 9) Honey walnut shrimp is okay. But shrimp is a bit small. 10) Cheese case was okay. Entire bill including tip come up to about $ 111. In my opinion I can get better authentic food than this at other«real» Chinese restaurants. Won’t be coming back.

Food is not good. Panda express has better veggie chow-mein than this place. My friend got orange chicken was rubbery and dry. We didn’t like it at all. I feel it is worst place for vegetrians. Also, the waiters never showed after serving food. I had to walk to kitchen for asking some chillies and salt. Turned out to be worst evening for us.

Food portions were extremely small and food tasted like it had been sitting a few hours. Food was over priced and flavorless. We would of have tastier move value for our money at Panda. FYI, I hate

Meh food but excellent service. We had to send food back for being too salty. If you want a higher end Panda Express then this is your place, you will notice there’s not a lot of actual«Changs» eating here.

PF Chang’s has never been one of my «favorite» restaurants, but I have enjoyed occasional dinners over the years. For a little while it was the go-to spot when I met with one of my girlfriends obsessed with their hot and sour soup. At a minimum I have found PF Chang’s an easy choice when meeting with friends — at least, their prices are fair and there were always a few vegetarian options on their menu that I wouldn’t necessarily get elsewhere. In particular I enjoyed that they offered a vegetarian version of their dumplings and gave us the option to have them steam and not fried. Perfect, right? Well… they’ve taken it off their menu and I’m left asking myself«why?» I know that isn’t the fault of this one particular location, I’m leaving my review here because it’s the last PF Chang’s I visited. As for the service, I’ve never found that to be the highlight of my visit, particularly at this location, and sometimes I think it’s getting worse. I hope they get it together, but until I hear differently, I’m unlikely to go there as a first choice; there are plenty of options available(something I think chains sometimes forget).

Ordered the walnut shrimp with melon, kung pow chicken, sea bass and lo mein which were all good. However my brothers salmon was very dry. The good thing is they replaced it with a better one once we brought up the issue. Our server was very accommodating and a pleasure to chat with! If the prices weren’t so high I’d consider eating here more often.

Hubby was craving crispy honey chicken and the Great Wall of chocolate so off to PF Chang’s we went. We had the 4 course meal for two at $ 42.50 it came with a banana Eggroll dessert but we upgraded to the Great Wall for an additional $ 4.50. Not too shabby. We had: hot and sour soup, a steamed pork dumpling appetizer, crispy honey chicken, Chang’s spicy chicken, and then finished it off with the Great Wall. The food was good but we remember it being a lot better and the portion being a bit bigger. The Great Wall of chocolate was super dry. It used to come with a raspberry as well as vanilla sauce and now it has only a miserly three drops of raspberry sauce no vanillas super sad. I am sure we could have asked for more… But we didn’t.

I like this PF Changs location as it is not cold(like the one in Sunnyvale) and the dining room is less echoey than the Sunnyvale location also. I have a few favorite here and pretty much stick to those. The pan fried pot stickers are good, lettuce wraps I sometimes order as my entrée and my favorite dish is the sesame chicken.

Unsure still of what just occurred? I order my food over the phone for curbside pick up. I was advised that my food would be ready for pick up at 7:55pm 12⁄31. I arrived at 7:48pm and called to see if the food was ready. Instantly I could tell this location was overwhelmed. The person who answered was polite but not really listening to what I was saying. She got back on the line to ask my name again and what I ordered after being placed on hold for a few moment. After we go that straighten out she advised that my food was ready(Mongolian Beef, Garlic Noodles, and Dynamite Shrimp) and they were bring it out. I waited 10min s before calling again in regards to my food and when I could be receiving it. She apologized for the wait and said someone was on there way out. I waited another 10 minutes before my food arrived. They person was polite and again apologized for the wait. She took my card so she could pay my tab. She returned 5mins later with my card but advised she didn’t have a pen with her so I could sign my tab? She asked if I had a pen which I didn’t. So she returned my card but I never signed my tab. I gave her a cash tip. I’m not sure what I need to do to ensure I’m not over charge and that additional tip isn’t deducted from my account. Not happy with the way things turned out or the fact that she didn’t run in real quick and grab a pen so we could properly complete the transaction. Other than that as usual the food is good but pricey.

My family and I used to come here quite often. The restaurant has great ambiance and has a very peaceful setting. The Garlic Noodles are absolutely amazing and the Salted Caramel chocolate cake would probably be my favorite dessert of all time. When we went there about a month ago, the food had completely changed and the service was extremely bad. First, when we came to our table, there were no plates and utensils. We asked the waiter to bring them and he claimed he’ll get them as soon as possible but didn’t even after the food arrived. Additionally, we asked for some water with lemon, but he decided to give us a glass of diet coke instead. Furthermore, the Garlic Noodles were very bland and the fried rice was not cooked properly. I would say the money we paid that day was totally not worth it.

1 star for the amount of food per order for take out. Even if the Panda Express in Pacific Commons have bad reviews, your money would be worth it and they give you a lot of food. The food here taste great but $ 50 for tiny dishes feeds only for 1 person. Plus it’s not authentic Chinese food. Just go here if you have money to blow for fun. Enjoy your time murdering your wallet! :D

Like always great food great service. Fast and friendly on a busy Friday night. We started with pear mojitos at the bar while we waited but got called back to out table quickly. The waiter was attentive and gave great recommendations. Plus they gave us free lettuce wraps! Just because.

.. Kinda know what to expect when you go to any p f Chang’s. Food is ok, service is decent. Facilities are always clean. We ordered calamari. And literally 4 minutes later the«fresh fried» calamari was out? It was tough & seemed to be basically re-heated in deep fried to be heated up! We brought it to their attention & they brought us another. But tasted the same. Waitress was polite. Kinda. Our main entrees were not up to par. Rice dishes were lacking flavor, poultry dishes were dry. When we brought it to waitress attention, she said«ohh sorry…» Needless to say we won’t be back anytime soon.

Had my first experience here last week with my colleagues, and we ordered pretty much everything under the moon. However, let’s first talk about the drinks, because holy $&%#, strong and delicious! A week later and I still think I’ve got the alcohol in my system! Now for dinner: we got the Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Fried Green Beans, Pad Thai and the Lemongrass Chicken Salad. Everything was delicious, though I especially enjoyed the Spicy Chicken, Lettuce Wraps and Fried Green Beans, along with the salad. I had never been and had always refused since I’m not into chains and Chinese, but I will definitely go back to the PF Chang’s near me!

If it wasn’t for the nice customer service, I would’ve asked our crew if we should go someplace else. I know my definition of clean is different from others, I’m well aware of my OCD issues. But we arrived to our table with a child’s handprints ALL over the upholstery and table. The only thing that would make it more noticeable is if they gave the child flour to dip his hands into. The great part is the woman who seated us was extremely apologetic for it and cleaned it right away. Our server was nice, attentive, refilled our water, and had just excellent customer service. Again, I would’ve voted to walk if it wasn’t for everyone being so kind and attentive. The food? Poor, each item I was hoping would be the ONE thing I could eat. Sadly, my non-alcohol strawberry cucumber limeade was the one thing I kept going back to, digging out the cucumbers and strawberries knowing that was the best part of my meal. Here’s the breakdown of the actual food; Shrimp dumplings pan fried– the only edible part of the meal, warm, but not hot. Brown rice — warm, and dry. Orange beef — tasted as if it was under a heat lamp, chewey and dry. Lemon chicken — this chicken tastes like it was cooked the day before, and left under a head lamp for us to gnaw away at the next day. The chicken tasted old, and tough. Garlic noodles — bland, THIS even tasted like it was under a heat lamp, how is that possible? Spicy Asparagus — yes, it was spicy. Do you know when you prep asparagus by snapping off the ends and throwing them away? Well, that’s what we were served. I’m not joking. You’re supposed to throw that part of the asparagus out. I was dumbfounded. There were TWO pieces of the asparagus tips in our large order of disposable END pieces. This is just just pathetic — I was SO happy that I was with lovely company. This is a perfect example of not saying ANYTHING since the customer service was so nice! When our server asked how we were doing, all I wanted to say was«Do you know all of this food is horrible?» But instead I smiled politely and said«Fine» What am I supposed to do, send it ALL back? I always save for dessert — I didn’t even bother. Two stars for the customer service. I think they should work elsewhere so they could have food at the same caliber of their service.

It’s like a fancy restaurant version of Panda Express. Definitely not quality Chinese food, but was a nice place for my family to eat out at. Order: *Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps *Hot and Sour Soup *Mongolian Beef *Chang’s Fried Rice *Lo Mein *Spinach Stir-Fried w/Garlic The Chicken Lettuce wraps were really good, lettuce was fresh and crispy, and the chicken mix was flavorful. The Hot and Sour Soup was the worst, it was too watery and also too sour, it just didn’t seem like the ingredients mixed well together. The Mongolian Beef was the best dish, extremely delicious and flavorful; would come back just for that dish. The Fried Rice was nothing special and really bland. The Lo Mein was flavorful, but it definitely tasted like an American noodle dish, and the Spinach with Garlic was ok, just really greasy. While the food deserved two stars, I gave the place 3 stars because of its atmosphere and ambience. It’s big and really family friendly, which is perfect for my big family. My family tends to prefer the setting of a restaurant over food quality because we view eating out more as an activity to spend time together outside of the house, than a chance to explore and eat really good food, since it can be hard to find good places to eat at with six very different and opinionated people. Service was decent since it was pretty packed, and everything came out relatively quick. Price was pretty expensive, especially since it wasn’t our entire family, but restaurants that are family style tend to be pricey for big families. Nice place to eat at once to try, but I don’t know if it’ll be a regular spot for my family.

One of the places I have gone to during my work week. Service is pretty good and attentive. Times when the dishes are salty but as long as you state it, they will fit it. Pretty busy here and great location near shopping and lots of parking. It can be pretty busy here during the weekends. After a long day shopping, why not eat?! My last meal, I had the app Ahi tuna tartare for lunch and it was good with the little sauce it had. It had a quick kick but that was it. Tuna was not mixed with anything so I had to mix the top sauce it had. The fried won ton that held it was a little greasy. Still good none the less. Had many dishes here over time from pepper steak, lettuce wrap, sweat and sour pork, Ahi tuna tartare, firecracker chicken, pot stickers and even their chow mein and fried rice. The meals are ok but to me, it’s just overpriced Chinese food. I am sure I will be back but not often and not my first choice…
