While we serve very traditional Burmese food such as Ohn-​No Khao Swè, Tea Leaf Salad, Monk Hingar, Chef Aye strive to be better. He creates new dishes such as Tea Leaf Shrimp and Wasabi Shrimp to be different.

History

Established in 2015.

Renowned Executive Chef U Win Aye has worked in the restaurant business for more than 30 years. He was the Executive Chef for Burma Superstars and Rangoon Ruby. He plans to brings the tradition of his ancestors, combined it with traditional and new techniques to create his own style of Burmese cuisine. We have a unique taste that must be experienced, you’ll return again and again and find something new with every visit.

Business Owner

Mary was originally from Myanmar and lived there for more than 20 years, moved to Taiwan, Japan, and finally ended up in the United States to be with her husband who moved to the States a year earlier.

Throughout her life, she didn’t have much, but she knew that her husband always wanted to be an an entrepreneur, so she decided, after 10 years of living in the States, to spend all of her saving to open up this restaurant, along with her husband and children, in order to complete the dream.
