Matt is a highly skilled, very capable attorney, with reasonable fees. Over the years, Matt has helped me with business agreements, partnership agreements and real estate law. His process is the best part of working with Matt, because he takes the ridiculously complex business, real estate and contract law and breaks it down into simple and easy to understand concepts which makes difficult decisions easier to make. Did I mention he’s fluent in Chinese? Doing business overseas? Matt’s your local guy to help you do business in China.
It’s hard to find an attorney that really listens to you and cares about your concerns and needs. I have never left a meeting with Matt scratching my head wondering what I was just told and what I need to do next.
Bottom line. .. A stand up guy. A+
