Thinking a good mattress is really a big investment. We visited multiple places until we made the final decision. Charles has been really helpful. Unlike the other places, he gave us enough time to try out different mattress without disturbing. He care about what our concern and give us nice recommendations. Even though we found tempur pedic has the same price in any stores, we still decided to buy here because of the good customer services.

Excellent service and price. Mancini’s had the best prices and selection that I found in the area. Mancini’s includes free next day delivery (and remove old mattress) that many other stores charge an extra $ 60 – 100 for. At the time I was there, they also had a promotion where they paid the sales tax. The salesperson, Steven, was very helpful, answered all of my questions and helped me find what I was looking for without being pushy. Mancini’s is a family owned Bay Area chain of stores. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new mattress.

We were looking for a new mattress for our spare bedroom. Brandon Berg was the perfect person to help us. He gave us all the facts & helped us decide on what we needed. No pressure, just honest information. He was wonderful. We were in and out in under an hour & we had our new bed delivered the next day. They delivered it and took away our old mattress & box spring in under 15 minutes. We love the mattress. This is our second purchase from Mancini & their service is next to none. We feel like we have a friend in the mattress business. Brandon is great!

Wonderful buying experience this week with Charles. I tried many mattresses and Charles gave me good and honest info on all of them. In the end I picked the one I liked most and Charles gave me a great discount as he treated me as a returned customer even though the previous visit I was only browsing. Overall great experience and got a good deal from sleep world.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. Service was excellent. Charles assisted us by asking what we were in the market for and price range. He showed us multiple models and broke down the prices. There was no pressure to buy and we were given plenty of time to talk amongst ourselves to find the best fit for us. Will be coming back to purchase furniture and mattress set for our daughter. Our mattress had finally worn down enough at nearly 10 years old that it was time for a new one. Checked out a few of the usual stores, and even a warehouse, to test out different mattresses since there are lots of memory foam and other foam and wiz-​bang NASA inspired products out there compared to 10 years ago. After deciding on a couple options with the wife, we decided to wait out buying something for a week or two. The next day I decided to check out Mancini’s since we had not been there, and there was a big brand product that should have been just like one we really liked but a different manufacturer, but at a lower price. They had the products right there on the floor, and Steven met me and gave me the details about each one. He also helped me find a few other comparable options of the right firmness to check out, and gave me all the details about Mancini’s guarantees (which are great!) The entire experience was no-​hassle with Steven, we had a good chat about the day’s football games, and I left more knowledgeable about a few products I was looking at. I am a deal shopper too, and I was impressed with Mancini’s standard pricing compared to all other places I had checked out, even against some online-​only prices.
A few hours later, and a few emails later, Steven and I were on the phone completing the transaction and setting up delivery for the next day. We had a fair negotiation and nothing that made me anything less than respected and desired as a customer. Emails were prompt and all was set. Dispatch called us the next afternoon to give us a time window. As that window approached, they called to let us know it would be much later due to a delivery ahead of us being far away and bad roads, and sure enough the delivery guys arrived as expected about 11pm! While being so late wasn’t the greatest, I’m impressed with the fact they didn’t just call and cancel our delivery until the next day… they were committed to deliver.
I rarely give 5-​star reviews, but after seeing the number of solid 4 and 5 star reviews, and experiencing Mancini’s for myself, they are definitely one of those businesses that earns and deserves their high ratings. Thank you very much to Steven and Mancini’s Sleepworld!

Brandon are Charles are the best. I’ve been in the market for a new mattress for months and I finally pulled the trigger on a nice firm mattress and box spring. They helped so much in terms of answering questions and addressing my concerns.
If you live anywhere near this store and need a mattress, this is the place to come.

My husband and I were looking into getting a new bed and Steven was the only salesman on the floor on New Year’s Eve day. Even though it was a holiday he took his time to explain the differences of the mattresses and gave us time to try out the different beds. He was very helpful, kind, and not pushy like you can get other places. Overall his service was great and we got a wonderful price for our ideal comfortable bed!!! Great deals and price matches too!

High quality customer service in terms of store policies and customer engagement. Charles was a knowledgeable and friendly employee. He took time to get to know me and my mattress needs. He asked me questions to help pin point a right mattress for me. They have models for all if not most of their mattress they sell on the showroom floor so you could try out their mattress. He showed me mattress of various price points so that I can compare for myself what’s best for me. I was encouraged to spend quality time with my potential choices. Charles gave me the space I needed to assess my choices. However, he also checked up on my periodically to see how I was doing, to hear my thoughts thus far and to provide input to help with my assessment.
I compared several mattress retail stores in the area as well. In my opinion, Mancini’s Sleepworld provides the best service in the Bay Area. (1) Competitive pricing and high quality brands (2) 120 day money back guarantee… meaning if you are not satisfied with your bed, they will give you a full refund or apply the refund to a new mattress. No restocking fees like most mattress retailers in the area. (3) Free local delivery and they will even dispose of your old mattress (small disposal fee required by the state but no addition charge by Mancini’s). They also keep the inventory stocked. My mattress didn’t take long to deliver after purchase.
I have found my go-​to mattress store. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

My mom, 73 years old. She recently had a total knee replacement on Dec 8, 2015 went to a very bad rehab facility from Dec 11, 2015 to Dec 15, 2015 so I decided to take her home.
Her bed at home was not even a bed but an air mattress. This was not going to work for her. So I decided it was time to go mattress shopping for mom.
On Dec 16, 2015 we decided to shop for a firm bed that would meet her needs as a recovering knee replacement patient.
We met with Brandon at Mancini’s Sleepworld on Boscell Road. It was faith!
Upon our arrival, he was very friendly, very respectful and very attentive to mom’s physical appearance as far as her walking slow with a walker. Brandon asked me «how is your mom?»
and «who is the bed for?»
These were great questions because it opened up the conversation of what type of bed mom needed and our budget.
I told him we have a budget of about $ 700 and mom recently had a total knee replacement surgery so I wanted a firm mattress.
Right away, Brandon took us to the Sealy PosturePedic firm mattress.
It was the perfect fit.
Original price was $ 1600 but he gave us the black friday price of $ 699. And he explained the benefits of the mattress and when I went on and fully put my whole body down, I loved it!

Great location and sales team is super friendly. They are helpful and understanding which provides us the ability to choose an appropriate mattress for the home. This past week I purchased my 4^th mattress from this location for our guest room. In the past we purchased for my parents siblings and myself.
This is my first and last stop for picking a mattress hands down. I know I will be getting a great buy at a great price.

My boyfriend and I recently bought a new Tempur-​Pedic mattress from this Mancini’s Sleepworld and we are absolutely inlove with it!!!
We came in on a Friday night, around 6pm and were immediately greeted by Charles, one of the representatives at the front desk. He asked us if we needed assistance, who was looking for a new mattress and what kinds we were interested in. We told him that we had a queen size bed frame but were using an older full mattress, so it was super uncomfortable, especially since we both tend to move around a lot while we sleep.
Charles asked us about our budget and we told him while we are comfortable with spending more money on a quality mattress, we did not want to go overboard. When we move again, we will probably buy a king size bed and a new mattress so the queen will go into the second bedroom.
Charles started by showing us the Tempur-​Pedic mattresses. We laid down on each bed that he showed us and told us about all the qualities and differences between them. It was really nice to be able to take our time and figure out which one we wanted. There was also another line of mattresses he showed us, but we were basically already sold on the Tempur-​Pedic Contour Elite. We also were able to get two Tempur-​Pedic pillows and a bean bag chair because we had a $ 300 credit for LDW I believe.
There were sales going on because of Labor Day Weekend but Tempur-​Pedic is the only mattress selection that does not have sales. We didn’t mind because free financing and low monthly payment plans by Synchrony.
I’m still amazed by how easy this process was — we signed the paperwork, went home, the delivery warehouse called us around 9pm to set up a delivery timeframe for the next day and they came right on time. They took out our old mattress and set up our new Tempur-​Pedic — we didn’t lift a finger!
The Synchrony paperwork arrived in the mail a week or two later and we set up our payment plan online. Thank you again, Charles, for being so friendly and welcoming and Mancini’s Sleepworld for such an easy, comfortable process! We’ll definitely be back when we move into a newer, bigger space :)
