In one location in Berkeley, the site uses Cbeyond for the T1 with four phone lines and 1.5Mbps Internet service. Using a Cisco switching router, the client has Majornet DSL 3.0Mbps service, which is used as the primary connection with the T1 with static IP addresses as the backup connection.
In two years, the site has never been without service due to the dual channel access router and DSL from Majornet Internet Service.
In locations without DSL or cable internet, Majornet has a unique solution; dual-​band dialup service providing 128K access with a dual dial-​up modems using Slipstream compression.
