Even though I ended up not needing the live scan for my renewal of professional license, I am pleased with the service. My hands sweat buckets and the staff was really patient with me (took us almost an hour to finish the scans). It would be helpful to call prior walking in as they were closed the first time I went to their offfice. Make sure to call to set up an appointment.

When I went, I saw Ray, I thought he did a very thorough job and made sure my fingerprints were clear before being satisfied with results. I’ve had fingerprints done at other places and often they would have to be redone because the prints were smudged. They did a great job!

If I could give 100 stars, John at Livescan identity would get 1000. I got my fingerprinting done here after my initial fingerprints (done on ink and paper) for teaching abroad were rejected by an FBI channeler. Called John and he did everything right. Got my crc 30 minutes AFTER the fingerprints were done. Truly amazing.
Will recommend him and his professional services any day!

I got my fingerprinting done here after having prints that continuously got rejected because my fingers have worn down. I couldn’t get a job without getting the prints done. John came to the rescue. He did everything — the follow-​up … he just made it happen for me. I am eternally grateful to all the hardwork he did to help me.
John Miller is the most professional, kind and efficient person. John gets the job done. Very ethical.

I haven’t actually been here so idk if this even counts but here’s my experience with then anyways:
I needed fingerprint services done and decided to go here. I called ahead but no answer :/​I went anyway. However they were closed due to an emergency. A couple of minutes after I left they were kind enough to call me back, apologize, and even recommended other places for me to go to!
Just thought that was the nicest thing to do considering they were probably were busy. Thanks Livescan!

I’ve been fingerprinted twice in the last two months so that I could volunteer and work with kids. I called around to find a place with reasonable pricing and flexible scheduling so I could make it as easy on me as possible. John was extremely accommodating and fast and his pricing is fair. He is responsive and prepared and there is no hassle. Since then, he has fingerprinted at least 20 people that I know. Highly recommend!
