Kobra Fit

Where can I start with Kobra Fit? Mr. Herman Davis know whats hes doing, that’s for sure! I never thought that training and trying to lose weight could be a fun and enjoyable thing, but it definitely has been so far. I used to go to the gym for hours, slaving over the treadmill and elliptical, wasting countless hours and never seeing any results. Not the case with Kobra Fit. Herman has an entire bag of tricks up his sleeve and every week we are adding something new to the routine. He currently has me on boxing, which I LOVE to say the least. He is extremely dedicated to all his clients and makes sure we come first. He even has given me several weeks worth of meal plans. And there real food meal plans. Seriously guys, like a lot of good easy to cook, real meals! He isn’t one of those trainers you have to be afraid of either. He will never judge or scream at you, but motivates you with inspirational words of encouragement. You have got to check him out,…i mean after all it can’t hurt!

Kobra Fit is perfect for any level of experience, whether its your first time training or an advanced weight trainer, Herman can still teach you something new. I have been working out for over 3 years and I decided to try to Kobra Fit.
My advice:
1. Listen to Herman (when he asks you to breathe. breathe or you will pass out)
2. Come prepared (eat right so you can push through his workouts)
3. Always be willing to learn something (Herman has a lot knowledge about weight training and spends a lot time on making your nutrition plans)
