When he woke us up at 8 am drilling into concrete next door to my house, instead of responding to my husband and my obvious irritation with «I’m so sorry there’s nothing I can do, I promise well be as quick as we can» to help ease the tension, he decided to tell us to fuck off. He told us to go to rehab, get jobs and educations. When we began «disturbing HIS peace».
I will be calling the city of Antioch, who hired you to do this contract, and let them know that your conduct was anything but professional. It is your job to annoy people, so when you annoy them and they show it, you should not respond insulting their intelligence and assuming they are jobless, no education druggies because they’re mad at you for waking them up.

Wow. rude, unprofessional talks to people with absolute disrespect. He woke me up at 8 to jackhammer in front of my house, when confronted he told me to «fuck off, get a job and go to rehab» I work from home, I own my own business and support my family 100% from that alone. I am deeply appalled that he would imply such things toward someone, especially while working on a contract with the city, you are representing the city and believe me they will be hearing from us. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS TOOL.

I called Jason who was recommended by Kelly’s Concrete. I am not sure if he owns the company. I scheduled for a Saturday appt and had to reschedule last minute but they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I only needed them to pump the concrete to the back but the son who did the work stated they are contracted to do more then pumping concrete. I will take note of this.
Jason’s son came instead (forgot his name!) and arrived 45 minutes earlier to have everything set up before the concrete truck arrived. He was pleasant to work with. He went to work right away instead of ringing my doorbell to say he was here. He went straight to work and only asked for payment after the job was done.
Very decent, accommodating and great assist with my contractors! One important advise though. They only accept check or cash. This was the only inconvenience and why I rated them 4 stars; for a company that does major concrete work to only accept cash or check is baffling but I would definitely hire them again if needed.
