I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They will reap you off and not fix the main reason you’re there for. Or perhaps find problems on your teeth when there is none.
I was a patient a former patient until my recent experience. I wish I had read what other Unilocalers had posted. Can’t say much. But good luck.

My family has been going here for years. This dental office takes customer service to a new level. They are just genuinely good people. I had lost my wallet while on vacation and the founder of my wallet saw an appointment card for Pacific Dental Spa. The receptionist spent all day calling me and all of my family members on file. They helped coordinate with the founder of my wallet to meet with me and return my wallet.
Also, when I was away attending grad school, I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed before my Dad’s insurance no longer covered me. I had been trying to get an oral surgeon around the area but the insurance company was dragging their feet so that I would miss the deadline and have to pay out of pocket. Pacific Dental Spa got on the phone with our insurance company and helped locate an oral surgeon in the area. Their advocacy went above and beyond a typical dentist. Now I have begun my own career and I made sure that I have dental insurance that works with Pacific Dental Spa. They take care of you here.

How strange is it to love your dentist? Dr. Guy and his staff are awesome. The office is calm and quiet, I love catching up on gossip magazines (if only for a minute, they’re on time!), and the staff is pleasant, funny, professional and fast. Most of all, it doesn’t hurt! And yes, I’m a chicken (but I’ll be an old chicken) and might I add a cheap one! Dr. Guy goes out of his way to work within my budget since I don’t have dental insurance and it really, really helps. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I took my son, age 3 yrs, here for his FIRST dental visit ever. Rude staff — no introduction whenwe walked in or from the dentist herself when came to do the cleaning (I had to ask her name).
The total cleaning lasted less than 5 minutes from start to finish (really?). When I got home that night I noticed that the back of all of my sons teeth werent clean (only the front side). We had to go back for a «re-​cleaning» a few days later (which meant taking more time off work).
I let the receptionist know upfront when I called back for the re-​cleaning that I was un-​happy with their service the first time (hoping the dentist and receptionist would be better the second time around). I was wrong.
When we walked in for the second cleaning I introduced ourselves agian to the receptionist and her immediate and sarcastic responseto me was «I know who you are.» No smile, no «hello». WOW, really?
The dentist Dr. B (or Dr. D) once again did not introduce herself OR aplogize for the re-​cleaning. She told me that becuase my son was squirmy at the frist visit that was why we had to come back and infact she seemed irritated wtih me. (Wouldnt they alert you to come back again after the first visit if they didnt think they had cleaned the childs teeth thouroughly enough??) Bizaar.
I do not recommend this dental facility. They are unprofessional and I will NEVER go back.

So one sunny morning, I woke up with tooth discomfort let it go and went on with my usual daily routine. Next day the discomfort changed into mild pain, and then with time it turned into one’s nightmare. Excrutiating tooth pain. My bad luck, that was a weekend and on Saturday’s there is no dental office open. If it would be a medical emergency I would have gone to ER but for tooth pain, what should I do, what should I do… I started googling dentists close by. Called them, left them messages no one called sooner. And then I received a call from Dr. Guy’s office (from home I guess).The lady on the phone told me to go to the office in Fremont Hub and Dr. Guy is on his way. I was amazed to hear back from Dr. Guy (one of the dentists I called that mornings) reply me so quickly.Dr.Guy came with his daughter all the way from Palo Alto to the office in fremont. He treated my tooth, took care of my pain. I can never forget that day and that pain. Ever since, he is our family doctor. Team at Dr. Guys office is amazingly freindly. I simply love them. They are understanding, professional and very capable people. He is really good with children. He remembers his last conversation with them and it helps children to relate to him as a family person rather than a ‘dentist’.I have been recommending them ever since. Keep it up Dr. Guy, we love you.

My family and I have been going to see Guy for years now. I don’t recall a past dentist but I know theres no better than Dr. Nazareno. He always make me feel comfortable when in his office and I never feel a thing when he works on my teeth. His staff is great and always accommodate my work schedule. This is a great all around practice I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. He is totally worth a 30 minute drive to get to his office from where I live. You WON’T be disappointed!

I have been visiting Dr. Nazareno since 2006. I never found a better dentist other than him. He knows how to fix the real problem :). His staffs are also very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I am hoping, he and his team continue to provide their best service in future. Now pretty much all my close friend circles (more than 10 families) visit him.

I discovered this dentist early last year. I worked in the center where they are located. I was forced to seek out a new dentist because of course I had a tooth ache! There was no way I was returning to the last dentist, They made me cry 3 times, Seriously childbirth was less painful, Anyway, I Called Pacific Dental Spa and they got me in right away I was even able to return to work right after. Since then I have scheduled my husband and kids for last minute dental work because our insurance was ending. they were scheduled the same day I called. The girls are happy and my Husbands teeth look amazing. So, If you’re looking for a dentist that won’t make you cry and will make your teeth look like a million bucks look them up!!!
I did have trouble finding them on 411 I was given a Pacific Dental Care on Mission Bl, This Dentis is at The Fremont Hub.

After having problems with my gums hurting, they took me in to check it out, even though I’ve gone just about over my allocated benefits. The checked me out, cleaned the area & sent me away with a follow up appt. I went back in today to do a 2nd follow up & everything is great! Its all better & I cant wait to go back for my 6 month cleaning in Jan! Thanks Dr Guy!

Pacific Dental Spa is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been too. They’ve been super friendly to me every time I’ve gone in, they have a very classy ambiance, and Dr. Nazareno is very talented, knowledgeable, and courteous. They always make sure I’m comfy and relaxed. I had all my metal fillings replaced with composites, and they look and feel great. It took a few visits, but it was always a surprisingly pleasant experience, despite the drilling.

I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Dental Spa. I have a huge phobia of going to the dentist. Dr Nazareno is so gentle, explains everything, and constantly checks on you while you are in the chair. If he can make me me feel comfortable in a dentist chair he can do it for anyone. They also have the most up to date equipment out there. I haven’t not personally had a bad experience with the staff, they always make sure I understand what is going on with my billing and insurance coverage so there aren’t any surprises. I might be so nervous I don’t notice a cold greeting here or there, but it way more important that my dentist makes me feel comfortable then worrying about a sign in.

Ok I had to dock a star because I am really disappointed with the front desk service. Ever since I’ve started seeing Dr. N, he has been telling me I should look into a retainer and to see if my insurance will take care of it. He has mentioned it to the front desk every time that I have gone in and they always tell me that the manager will check and call me back. I NEVER heard back from them! UGH so irritating because I’ve called back numerous times asking them to check again, and I get the same answer and no call back. I also received a letter in the mail saying to take advantage of my benefits because they dont roll over to the next year.
It’s just really frustrating that this situation has been going on for about 3 months now.

Dr. N is a wonderful dentist. His staff is very friendly and the ambiance of his dental spa is amazing! You forget your getting your teeth cleaned. Where else are you going to find a massage therapist and a dentist in one location (there is a separate person who does the massages).
Everything of the office is state of the art! And there are convenient shops near by so you can get a ton of shopping/​errands out of the way after your visit! Make an appointment with the doc! It’s a great place!
