I have to reduce the stars coz I think things have changed. I went to Lillian to get my facial done. While I was picking which one I want she recommended derma and rushed me in. She didn’t tell me it did not have massage. plus she didn’t let me read the description. I have zero glow when she told me that this facial will give me nice glow. When I was in facial room, I felt she left me with a pack for good 30 mins. I mean out of60 mins if 30 mins are spent with the pack then I am doubtful how will it have any glow? For rest of time I spent 10 – 15 mins in front of steamer. Overall it was very different than last time I went here. I was feeling lack of attention and I think I wasted 90 dollars. Please go to a better place to feel happy. I am really disappointed

I love this place, it is very clean. The wax the spa uses doesn’t give you any reactions. The customer service is very pleasant. I sometimes drive and hour to get to my appts. But it’s worth it.

For those of you who ever wondered what wax feels like and never had a courage to try wax, I highly recommended this place to you! You have to go see Vicky! Not only she is gentle and patient, but also she helped you with the ingrown hair. Sure, you do feel the warm wax on you, but she makes the process almost pain-​free and leaves no mess. I’d appreciate how she always tries to accommodate my work schedule and squeezes out some time, you don’t get that a lot from other spa. My friend had facial done with Vicky and that was also an great experience! If you are in the area and searching for a great spa, you gotta go to this place!

Vicky is totally awesome!!! My friend recommended me this place 2 years ago and i find myself coming back religiously. I’m super picky about the esthetician, Vicky is very thorough and not the type to kick you out before she gets things done.
if you suffer hyper pigmentation and have a lot of clog pores, you need to try their LED facial. the extraction marks fades so much faster!

Vicky is s helpful and professional. With one treatment, she cleaned all acne broke out and it heals like a miracle within one week.

You know, normally when someone slaps my vag out of nowhere, I kind of assume they’re going to at least feed me afterwards.
But in this case it was a good thing! Apparently that is Geranium Spa’s technique for alleviating the searing pain involved in getting a Brazilian for the first time in 5 months. Wax, strip, rip… and slap. I guess every wax spot does it differently, but it legitimately helped.
I love that you can book online, and I was actually advised by my waxer that it’s quicker to text her for an appointment. Plus, I got $ 10 off my first visit. I’d come back.

Called them twice for a Brazilian appointment and left messaged, nobody called back. Third time I managed to get through and was told the girl doing the brazilian was not available till thursday. That’s fine, I would’ve liked it if you called me back! I really wanted to try this place due to all the good reviews but now I’m disappointed

I used to get facials from Lillian all the time at Lavender Spa, so when I found her again at Geranium, I was really happy. I’ve been getting facials from her for several years now, and hopefully, will be staying with her for many years to come. My skin always has a glow after a session with her. Blackheads reduced. Complexion more even. I love this place!

I just came from my facial and I hardly give bad reviews, but I just felt like I have to only because they don’t deserve all the positive reviews that I’m seeing here. I really can’t understand where all the positive reviews are coming from either :/
I recognized Vicky and Lillian from Lavendar Spa and they were both really good at giving Brazilian waxes, probably were the best I’ve had. So I was pretty ecstatic to find that they branched out and opened up shop at this new location. Well… I think they should just stick w/​waxes because they sucked at facials. I wanted to treat my mom so we both got the silk peel facial for $ 90 each.
I would say that the facial lasted less than 50min and Lillian, who was my esthetician was barely in the room! I didn’t get any décolletage, face, neck or head massage. What’s worse is that she used gloves to give me my facial! Is my face that dirty, where you can’t even touch me w/​your very own hands. I mean I can understand if I was getting a foot, where it’s only appropriate. Of all the times I’ve had facials, never have they used gloves on me, except here!
I read the previous reviews, which makes me think that it’s their friends/​family or was paid because they said that their esthetician never left the room and gave them personal attention, which was what I wanted for myself and mom. My mom was so disappointed in the facial that she had w/​Vicky, that she didn’t even want to tip her. She felt like Vicky wasn’t detailed and attentive, and just wanted her out there. That’s certainly not how you retain your customers…
Well.I had to go drive my mom to get a full body massage afterwards just to make her happy. Cus she didn’t feel relaxed at all from her facial, neither did I. I don’t mind paying a lot of money for things as long as the quality is there. I’m so disappointed today, what a waste of time and money :(

One of the best experiences you can possibly have when getting a wax. Vicky is amazing, and I’m not even going to bother trying other places. Really hit the jackpot with this find.

I came here for my first wax ever. I got my lower legs waxed by Lillian and she was very imformative. It was a little painful because it was my first time but she went very quick so I didn’t have to suffer too much. After the wax she gave me tips about what happens and what not to do (like don’t exfoliate the area and whatnot), so she was very helpful. However, when I got home and looked closer it looks like she missed a few spots so there were a group of hairs that I had to pluck out. This was my first waxing experience so I don’t know what to expect but I’m going to try a different place next time.

I love Vicky! I’ve been going to her for a couple of years now and I can honestly say she is the best. She makes you feel comfortable and it’s honestly the least painful brazilian wax you will ever receive. She is so sweet and it is really clean as well. Go see Vicky :)

Just had a facial done my Lillian and my skin looks flawless! In my opinion, she is the best for facials and waxes! She makes you feel comfortable and provides excellent customer service. If you are looking for a quick way to feel refreshed and brand new I definitely recommend a visit to Geranium Spa!

Vicky was amazing! She assessed my needs and tailored my facial to what I needed. She was gentle with my extractions and she is worth every penny. I have yet to find an aesthetician I am loyal to. Here’s hoping I have found her! Provided I don’t have any weird infections or something, I will be completely faithful. I left happy and more than pleasantly surprised:)
Only negative had nothing to do with her. But to me a very serious issue with the store itself. The restroom was not clean. The toilet was clean thank goodness (since that’s the most important part) but the floors and sink were not ok. Restaurants, nail salons, dr office, spas etc should be spotless: top to bottom. No excuses. This is a direct reflection of your business.
All that being said, I am going back to see Vicky:)

I have two words for Vicky: Brazilian Whisperer.
On a scale of 1 – 10 for pain, I would give it a 1 — that is how amazing Vicky is. Efficient and quick, and nearly painless? Exactly what a Brazilian should be.
She is definitely my new go-​to person.

I only booked an appointment here after seeing all the great reviews.
On Wednesday morning, I cancelled my appointment, feeling hesitant to spend so much money on my face… only to rebook that exact same appointment five minutes later.
When I arrived today, I beat Lilian to the spa. I was 15 minutes early, and the place still wasn’t open. I decided to wait until 10:35 before leaving.
At exactly 10:30, Lilian drove up. She was insanely apologetic for being late due to traffic; something completely understandable since I was also running late due to the accident on 880 (except I left 1.5 hours for a 20 minute drive. oops). As soon as we got in, she allowed me to get comfortable. Originally, I had booked a European facial, but after some talking we decided on a SilkPeel, which costs $ 35 more. Because we went the SilkPeel route, there were fewer manual extractions (thank goodness! They hurt!!). The whole time, Lilian would explain what she was doing with what tools and how they help. During the manual extractions, Lilian kept talking to me to distract me from the pain.
We had a talk about her profession and she told me that the best feeling isn’t getting paid for her, it’s giving people the results they want!
She recommended I come in once a month for the same treatment for 2 – 3 months before spacing them out further if needed and did not ONCE try to sell me on products. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
My skin is now baby smooth and all the bumps and clogged pores are GONE! Bonus: NO redness AT ALL. None immediately after the treatment, none right now, none period! As soon as I got home, I pulled out my calendar to book another appointment for June.
If you need a spa that does the job afforadably without the frills, this place is for you!

I’ve been visiting Lilian for about 4 years now, and she is absolutely the best! I deal with acne and Lilian is such a pro in terms of clearing up my breakouts and advising me on what I should do to make my skin flawless. As well as giving a great facial, she also is a waxing diva! She makes the awkward Brazilian wax as comfortable as possible. The process is fast and believe it or not rather painless.
5 stars all the way ;)

I was in need of a facial, so I searched Unilocal high and low found Geranium. They offered various treatments, but saw that Unilocal had a special on the SilkPeel Dermal Infusion treatment with special eye treatment for $ 100. This was a great deal as it normally would cost $ 130. For this treatment, you get a facial, extractions, eye massage (still don’t know what that involved as I fell asleep) and silkpeel which is safe and exfoliates all that stuff on your face.
I made my appointment with Lilian who was very professional and promptly started my treatment at my designated time. The place is very clean, they use Soothys products (really good skin care line for those of you in the know). My skin did look better after the treatment, but like all things in life. I will need to do up keep if I want to have gorgeous skin so I will be back.
