Galaxy Fence

My review is long overdue. Arturo has built two of my fences with great workmanship. He is professional, honest, reliable, listens to one’s needs, provides a written estimate, and his prices are very reasonable. He and his sons arrived on time and when the job was complete; the area was left cleaned. He later emailed me my final paid invoice; which saves on paper and is easier for record keeping. He is a great example on how to run a family business!

I just called Arturo to see if we could set up a time for him to come & look at my fence since it needs to be replaced. He said Wed. 5 – 6 pm I said ok & then he puts me on hold & never comes back! I don’t know if it was his cel phone or his accent but NOT a pleasant experience. I mean if you are going to do business in this country you should learn how to speak English or at least hire some one who does!

Arturo built fences for all 3 sides of our house. He is honest, hard working, and skilled to build quality fences.

I’m so pleased that I logged onto Unilocal to look for someone to build a fence for me. Arturo built us an incredible divider fence. I did not expect to get a fence in one day, but I did and got a great installation right down to the cosmetic finish. Arturo is a skilled craftsman. He can engineer the perfect fence for your specific landscape needs. I’ve hired companies to build, fix or install things in the past and was often disappointed by the work because the crew included unskilled personnel. Arturo does the work himself and it was so impressive watching him measure, mark, dig and construct my fence. I can see that this fence will last for many years. His rates are very reasonable and affordable. If you want to forgo the risk of hiring a large contractor, with their high prices and the risk of unskilled installers, you will be pleased with Galaxy Fence Co. because the owner is the skilled installer. I had a sloping yard and he engineered a perfectly constructed five sectioned tiered fence right down to the sidewalk. It is an absolutely beautifully designed lattice-​topped divider fence to be proud of before all my neighbors.

Arturo has been in the fencing business since 1975!!! Unlike other fencing companies who outsources their labor to other workers, he does his own with the help of his son when needed. Arturo helped my parents replaved our front gate/​fence. He completed thr job in one day and was very attentive to details and flexible with ladt minute chsnge requests. Our new gate look so much nicer than it was before. I would highly recommend this company for any fencing work.

When my backyard fence blew over, I called a few contractors to get quotes on repairs. His quote for replacement wasn’t the lowest, but he was able to offer a repair option while other contractors would only do a replacement. While I negotiated with the neighbor over the cost, Arturo fixed my mailbox post and replaced 3 broken posts on another section of fence I shared with a different (and more agreeable) neighbor. Both were done for very reasonable prices. I finally used him to do the larger repair as well. It’s great to be able to be able to use a local contractor. It’s even better when he’s so easy to work with and does such a great job. I watched him work for a bit to try and pick up some of his tricks. He’s got a tool that he made for digging out old fence posts that I’ve never seen before. It looks very handy.

This fence builder brought integrity, creativity and flexibility to our backyard project, and we’re very pleased with the results. Initially we asked that a tree in the way be saved, and the builder framed it beautifully. Unfortunately the tree, once pruned back, proved to be dying, but he willingly reconstructed the initial fence section with no gripes or added charges. Recommended highly.
