Fremont Alignment

I tried it today. Same as other people mentioned — the service is fast and good (I only needed to wait 15 minutes, as Mike has promised me). Highly recommended this.

I walked in and realized I was talking to a R E A L alignment guy. Super clean work area with very modern computer alignment rig. He did a 4 wheel alignment on my Honda Pilot and now it drives straight and doesn’t pull to the right. He did it in about 30 minutes. Honest, fair, fast and super competent. Highly recommended!

Amazing is the word. I went in to have my wheel alignment done on my VW. Michael spent two full hours to get the alignment correct.

Found this company due to a close friends referral. Mike was amazing, thorough, honest, and best of all efficient. My biggest pet peeve is having wait long periods of time, especially to service my car. I was in and out in roughly 30 minutes. Best of all the service fee was reasonable. Paid $ 70 with gratuity. My car is no longer drifting to the right, I feel so much safer.

Finally found Mike again after he left the old location. Now he is just across the same parking lot as the previous location, at the BNP shop. Same old great service/​attentiveness. He test drove my wife’s Lexus BEFORE AND AFTER the alignment and make sure everything is as straight as an arrow. My wife took the SUV to another location last week and they royally F it up and cause to pull right all the time. Mike took care of it and even help me checked the suspension parts to make sure the SUV is safe. Now I refuse to go anywhere else for alignment. If you need an alignment, do yourself a favor and go see Mike, he will not disappoint you.

Nice job and nice person to work with. Overall came away feeling satisfied and happy with service and work done.

I’m usually lazy in writing reviews, but after having done my car’s (Honda Odyssey) wheel alignment with Michael, I can’t help but to write this review. The shop usually closes at 7pm. I called Mike at 7:15p asking if he can take my car if I get there in 10 mins. In spite of that, Mike gladly agreed to take my car, and got my car on the rack no sooner I got there at the shop. The alignment was off, and was fixed in less than 30mins by him.
But here’s the story which made him earn my life-​time business now. No sooner I was driving my van back home, I heard wired noises coming from my rear wheel. I immediately took exit and pulled over in a parking lot. To my surprise, I had a total flat tire. I wasn’t sure if this was something to do w/​alignment, so I called Mike. He immediately took my address and personally drove to this place to take a look. Seeing the flat tire, he then helped me all the way to put the spare tire. And, he did all this with a ever helpful smile and least expectations for anytime. I did offer him tips which too he politely refused.
In the end, I’m truly impressed with Mike and his service. I’ll be taking all my cars only to this place now.

Michael is the man! I’ve had my truck to a few places and no one could get the alignment right on it. My truck has had quite a bit of modification done to it and Michael wasn’t phased, he did his magic and my truck drives down the road like it should.
Michael has earned my business and I will be sending all of my vehicles here from now on. I’ll also be letting all of my Jeep and truck club friends know too.
On a side note don’t be fooled by the sign at Cosmic, Michael’s shop is on the other side of the complex across the parking lot. This is where you want to go to get it done right the first time.

It’s been quite a few months since I actually got the alignment and my car is still steering straight! Perfect! Thanks! I remember I was in and out of there relatively quick too. I walked to Walmart and by the time I came back it was done!

Same day appointment. Very flexible regarding his schedule.
I came to align my car during my lunch break and he accommodated to mine.
I only waited 20 mins and he did a fine job.

No longer part of Cosmic Automotive, came here from a recommendation due to the great pricing and apparent great service. Mike is the person who services everyone’s car and everyone else is on point. Very soft spoken and extremely attentive to details. I got serviced twice last year from him, once for an annual alignment and another time because I got into a minor accident. The second time, he wouldn’t service my car because I was in dire need of a tire change. My warped tire would have eventually change the steering of my car and would require another alignment.
The price last year, 2015, was a flat rate of $ 60. Recently Mike had to hike the price up to $ 69.95 which has been on par with several other alignment service shops. I was just told that he will be opening up shop somewhere in the neighborhood so keep an eye out for him!

Okay, I’m a little late in writing this review…
I was able to make a same day appointment for an alignment and arrived 15 minutes early, they took my car back as soon as I got there and I was out the door in 30 – 45 minutes!
They also pointed out an oil leak to me, which being a woman I thought’ «Oh, here we go! They’re going try and take advantage.» Turns out they don’t even offer the service that it needed but just wanted me to be aware.
The shop is clean and the staff is very courteous! I highly recommend them!

Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient about alignment and brakes. He spent time test drove my car before & after the alignment work. He did a good job & also recommended me to have my brakes to be checked on as it’s a big safety issues with the worn out brake pads & imbalanced rotors. I highly recommend Mike for your alignment needs for your car.

Called and was able to make an appointment the same day. I was in and out in about 20min. Reasonably priced $ 69.95 for a wheel alignment. He also checked the air pressure in my tires and ended up finding that one of my tires was at 20psi, not good. I ended up taking in my car to a tire shop to find out I had a hole in my tire. Without him checking I would have never known. Great service!

Came in for an alignment. Done in 20 min and he told me what elae i should get checked out. Recommended me to someone else cause they cant fix the issue.

A huge thank you to these guys for fixing the multitude of mistakes made on my car by good old America’s Tire Co. Long story short, ATC stripped two of my lug nuts after doing a simple tire rotation (not the first time this has happened) and sent me here to get them repaired. Funny thing is, ATC told me they broke ONE. When I get here, they tell me they actually broke TWO. The cool thing is they actually are driving out to ATC for me to get some paperwork or something they need instead of making me go which, I’m sure, ATC would have done given the chance.
Thank you Fremont Alignment for fixing this situation for me. Highly recommend these guys for customer service and work.

Alignments are easy to do with the right equipment. Automatic 3 stars.
This is a 5 star establishment because they finished my alignment in 20 minutes to spec, priced at $ 60, AND provided excellent customer service. All the workers are pretty soft spoken but they did their best to make sure I got in and out as quick as possible.
One guy ran my credit card while another went over my suspension adjustments. I really appreciate the attentiveness and efficiency. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.
