Always take my r6 here when I need service. Alex is very straight up and honest. They do good service and are very knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend this place.

This review is for a Harley Davidson. Once you come here you will never get your work done at the dealership again. Before I came I used to go to various HD dealers and they will quote me some outrageous price and also give me an appointment weeks and weeks away. Not at Fastline. The work is done in a timely matter and a reasonable cost. I suggest that if you need work on your bike, come on in and support a local company.

I had a grinding noise in the clutch and gears were slipping. So I had already bought a clutch and was gonna have it installed. This is what I got for $$$ 1200: fluid change, valve adjustment, clutch basket, clutch plate install. It took 2 weeks, call after call wondering the status of my bike. But the one thing that pissed me off the most was that after it was given back Alex said there might be an issue with crankshaft/​flywheel. He wrote on the quote «advise on repairs», why didnt he mention this before he put the bike back together. So after 1200 dollars it still sounds like S**t, gears are slipping, and it sits in my garage because it sounds like it might go at any second. Everybody tells me to take it back, but why? So I can ripped off again?

I brought my 2003 Harley Road Glide in to fastline for new tires and brakes and to have the new Screaming Eagle oil pump and cam timing chain installed. Saved a lot of money compared to Harley Dealer and Alex and his crew did a fantastic job. The bike felt new again with much more power. I will be honest, when I first took my bike there the place looked disorganized but then I realized that they have a lot of work with just so much space so it’s going to look like that but they have a system that really works, thank you guys. anyone that needs work on their bike, This is the place. reasonable price with quality work.

Went there for a tire change. In and out in 12 minutes flat. Very reasonable prices and fast friendly service. What more can I ask?

Don’t take your bike here if you need any «real» work done. I was in an accident & my GSX-​R was pretty damaged but not totaled & frame was perfectly fine. The owner of Fastline (Tony maybe) quoted me a crazy rate & told me to order parts that weren’t needed. He told me to order a new triple tree fork cuz he said mine was bent, I ordered the new triple only to find out it wasn’t needed. Then the owner tried telling me he wouldn’t work on the bike if I didn’t replace the radiator because it was severely bent. Keep in mind the radiator wasn’t cracked or leaking anything but the Owner said he wouldn’t ride anything like that himself. I told him that’s fine & I’d sign something if he wanted to release liability for the damaged radiator. He then quoted me a crazy expensive quote to do the work (over $ 750!!).
My suggestion is take your bike somewhere else — this place overcharges for everything. $ 120 to put on a slip on exhaust? You can do it in 30 min…

Great prices and great service! Alex and Jim do not take any short cuts with your machine. I wouldn’t take my rides anywhere else. I’ve had everything from standard tire work to complete engine swap outs here, and it has been top notch work no matter what the task. No BS included :)

I haven’t had any recent work done lately. I do not live in the area anymore. It is nice to see that they are still there. I have had many my bikes worked on there by Alex and his staff and hands down was the best service and prices around. If I ever need work done again, it will be worth the drive to bring it to thier shop. Thanks again

These guys deserve 6 stars. Alex is a fantastic mechanic and will do anything you want. His men know what they are doing and they will explain to you the solution and how it can be fixed. It is worth the cost, and I will always return with not only my bikes, but my friends as well.

he worked on my bike 3 times and every time the work he did either shouldn’t have been done or didn’t ask me and took it upon himself to do and made it worse where I needed to have the head pulled and the first time he over charged me hundreds for rocker gaskets primary gasket and put in electronic ingnition coil and cost me 1000.00. Beware what he does I have gone to the bar, wow it hurts knowing I am out 1600 dollare total and still have to get the work done. If you go to him make sure you ask for everything written down so at least you know what work he did

So, This place has the best prices by far. Believe me, I live in tracy and you would think shops in the valley would be more reasonable… NOT! The service I get here is great. Alex the owner is a straight up dude, no bs all business.
BTW, Im headed that way after work to get my front tire replaced. see you guys soon!

I have been bringing my Aprilias to Alex and Jim for years now… I don’t usually trust anyone with my Italian babies… but…
One day I needed a headlight installed on my baby, I am mechanically inclined and have been working on my bikes and sports cars for quite some time, but for some reason these damn Italians made it IMPOSSIBLE to change a headlight without removing the front fairing and fairing stay… I thought no way is this possible… I brought my bike to MDK Motorsports in Redwood City only to confirm my worst fear… «YEP we have to remove the fairing, it will be 2.5 hours labor @ $ 100/​hr» …well I was not ready to shell out $ 250 for a $ 25 HEADLIGHT REPAIR!!! … sigh, in my despair I found Fast Line on the web… so… I decided to give them a call… Alex answered his usual «FAST LINE…» …I told him my issue, he said «bring it by let me check it out»… So, when I got there Jim (the mechanic) walked out and greeted me… he asked me if I had the bulb, I said yes and handed it to him… He got down almost on the ground and started checking things out… so I thought… so I walked away already basically knowing what was coming next… I made a phone call to a friend and after about 2 minutes Jim came back and tapped me on the shoulder… here we go I thought … and in his quiet demeanor he said «youre all done»…WHAT??! what do you mean done? … he turned the key, and there was LIGHT!!! … HE FU#*IN replaced it ALREADY!!! … I was dumbfounded… I asked him how the hell he did that, he said «oh theres a little trick with these bikes, its no problem if you know it» …wowwwww… I wanted to kiss him! I went to Alex and asked him how much… he said «Dont worry about it» …WHAAAT!!! SERIOUSLY!!! …I promised him he had a customer for life… and he did.
I swear to God, I cannot say enough about this shop. They are the most honest, professional, and knowledgeable shop I have ever done business with. They won’t try and upsell you on anything that is not needed. Alex keeps it real and to the point, and makes his honest suggestions to any inquiries I may have, and I appreciate that the most. Not to mention his incredible tuning skills, I have never brought a bike to him that hasnt made damn near 15 or 20 more wheel hp with his tuning. I always recommend my CLOSEST friends and family to go here and I HIGHLY recommend you to go as well. There is no bullshit or shadyness here which is rare these days. If you are like me, and very particular about who touches your baby/​babies, trust Fast Line. I have NEVER been disappointed. I manage an auto shop and the honesty and professionalism I give my customers are the same characteristics I receive from FAST LINE since the day I walked in, they are stand up guys at a great shop and I am thankful to have found them! GOOD JOB GUYS!

I bought tires from elsewhere and had them installed at this shop. The process couldn’t have gone any smoother. The tires were shipped to the shop and so all I had to do was ride my bike there, sit down and wait, and I was outta there in around one hour, as estimated, and paid the price as quoted. The work looks to be top notch as well. I didn’t catch the guy who worked on my bike’s name, but he was friendly and very helpful. All in all, this shop sends a good vibe. If I have future needs for bike servicing, I will be coming here!

My neighbor pointed Fastline. As a first time customer I was impress. I like shops that educate their customers. When I brought my bike to Alex, for 8k service he pointed out a few things about my bike and explained why, also we got into a discussion about synthetic oils. Alex’s explanation made me do more research about synthetic oils and sure enough made me a believer.
Alex, has performed two repair service for me one 8k and a tire change and so far Fastline, would be doing most of the maintenance on my bike when I don’t have the tools to do the maintenance.

Alex is one of the good guys. I went in late on a friday night right before they closed to have him check out alignment and handlebar issues. He knew exactly what to do. Adjusted a lever, tightened up some bolts. I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes.
I would definitely recommend Fastline to anyone who’s looking for a good honest mechanic.

This place is absolutely FANTASTIC.
I called in for a quote to lower my GSXR600 (I had purchased the lowering links from Cycle Gear already), and he (whoever I spoke too) quoted me THREE TIMES UNDER the price of what other shops have quoted me, and TWO TIMES UNDER of what my OWN FRIENDS quoted me.
Arrived there, and they took care of my bike RIGHT away. Got it done in an hour like he said, and bent some of my pegs back (since I bent them dropping my bike a few times). Gave me a few pointers on riding and balancing the bike (since I am a newbie). I even left a $ 5 tip, which I’ve NEVER done for a mechanic, but I was soo happy with the work, the customer service, and everything that I had too.
I’m going to be taking my bike here ALL the time for ALL my bike’s needs (:

5 stars cause I can’t give 6. Alex is honest, attentive, and cares about his clients. He is one of the very few mechanics in california I trust to touch my motorcycles, when I am too lazy to do the service myself.
He listens, he work with you, he does the right thing.

ALEX and MARK — Its me TALA! =) You guys are the bomb! Everyone should take their motorcycles here for maintenance, tune up, change/​replace tires, etc. The guys are very honest, price at a reasonable rate (trust, when it comes to your motorcycle you want the best. Someone professional to maintain your motorcycle — theres no way around it). Plus they are personal mechanics for AFMers and pro racers (pit stops) during their races or track days. For example Grant Riggs! They also have some of the Curve Unit girl riders who take their motorcyces here.
Also for those of you who want to start track days, I recommend you take your bike to Fastline to prep the bike up and make it race ready. I personally havent done a track day (these guys were pushing me to though =) but I hung out with these guys enough to see how precise they work during track days and races.
I finally sold my ZX6R Alex and Mark… =(But if I get another I will def take my bike here for maintanence. I wouldnt take it anywhere else. Also guys thanks for letting me park my (well not mine anymore) ZX6R there for like 2 months.
