He offers a variety of services to address the many different needs of his patients including individualized pain relief care, consultation and second opinions, and spinal correction and rehabilitation services. In addition to traditional Chiropractic care, he is also an expert in working with patients to develop home exercise programs, provide nutritional counseling and design safe and effective weight loss programs to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as well as disease prevention strategies for combating diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and obesity. In order to accommodate a wide range of patients, office staff speak Spanish and Farsi.

Dr. Edward Cremata, DC began practicing in Fremont in 1982. He has practiced continuously since that time, serving the Chiropractic health care needs of the community. He has provided general Chiropractic and specialty services for the community with specialties that include workers’ compensation, personal injury (auto accident), fibrosis release procedures including Manipulation under Anesthesia and Acoustic Compression (ESWT), and preventive health care strategies including weight loss, nutritional supplementation, and other health promoting measures.

Dr. Cremata and his staff are a very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. They’ll listen, and ask question to know your condition better. I’ve been seeing them regularly to treat my spine condition. I really like how they include some of the latest technologies in their treatments. PiezoWave is a very effective way to help heal the muscle tissue. In addition to the soft tissue massage.
I’m a busy person, giggling 14 units load and a full time internship, they work around my schedule to provide me with the treatment I need. Thank you!

I have been a regular customer of Dr Cremata for the last several years. I have been involved in 3 car accidents in the last 7 years. None of the accidents were my fault. Over the years, In spite of the accidents, I have received treatments that have allowed me to play competitive sports (up to 65 years old) against men in their twenties and thirties. I am greatful to Dr Cremata, I give him all the credit for for helping me stay active through Chiropractic Maintainence
treatments. Without his help, I am sure I would have been forced to retire 15 years earlier. Medical Doctors are quick to prescribe drugs for injuries which are only a temporary soultion. Sometines drugs may be necessary but I have coosen to heal the natural way with the assistance of Dr Cremata and I will never regret that medical decision I tell everyone I know about Dr Cremata and the services I have received.

I highly recommend Dr. Cremata and his team. I was in pretty bad shape when I started a regular treatment program with him and I am convinced that I would not have been able to continue working if I had not done so. I am on my feet all day at work and my hip problem was becoming so painful that it was becoming unbearable. The adjustments brought relief from the very beginning even though he said it would take time and be a gradual improvement. I am not a believer in medications that just mask the pain and I feel that I am getting a natural treatment that will help me to remain active for years to come. I travel quite a distance to see him and I think it is totally worth it.

Dr. Cremata is a chiropractor that I would highly recommend. He is professional, knowledgeable, and his customer service exceeds expectations. If you have been in an accident and suffer any back pain of any kind then he is the guy to see.
Dr. Cremata is excellent about informing his patients the cause of their pain and what steps he is able to take in order to correct the issue.

I have been seeing Dr. Cremata for the last couple of years and I consider him as «the gold standard». I have numbness in my hand from a spur in my neck. The numbness was temporarily relieved by elbow surgery a few years ago but came back. The M.D. never checked my neck. My numbness was so bad that the muscles in one hand became noticeably smaller than the other. That is when I found Dr. Cremata. He adjusts my neck and the numbness goes away for a while. I see him about every week to keep the numbness as little as possible. I know I will always have this problem because of that spur but Dr. Cremata has kept me out of surgery and my hand size has improved. I cannot thank Dr. Cremata enough!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cremata for years and have always gotten amazing adjustments and top notch service. During my last pregnancy and my current one, he has been a lifesaver! He’s been able to help my nausea, headaches, and low back pain associated with pregnancy (and carrying around a toddler!). Definitely a must see doc!
