Pam is AWESOME!!! I called Pam literally the day before my daughter’s Sweet 16 party in need of Table linens and matching napkins. I was planning on also making my own centerpieces but didn’t think I had enough materials to make an impact. When I had explained to Pam my dilemma, she was so helpful and accommodating, and honestly a life savior! Despite her having other events, she must have heard the desperation in my voice and kindly took my business. The theme for my daughter’s party was Cherry Blossoms. I already had a few branches for each table but wasn’t sure if that was enough. Pam asked me to bring her what I had and she would try to work with it. I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect and basically entrusted her with everything based on her Unilocal reviews. I saw that all her reviews were 5 stars and just went with it. When we arrived to the venue, I was in complete AWE and AMAZEMENT!!! The small party room was transformed into a Beautiful, glamorous, glitzy, Ballroom. It was beyond anything I could have ever imagined and she was able to use my cherry blossoms along with beautiful pink roses, beautiful vases, floating candles in pink colored water, Swarovski cyrstals, beautiful candle holders, votives, and gorgeous linen!!! Her décor along with the beautiful lighting from Entourage Events SF was Spectacular!!! Pam was worth every penny! The servers at our venue even commented that in all of their 18 years, they had never seen their party room look so amazing! I will definitely be hiring Pam again for all my event decorating needs. She is truly an expert in her profession. Pictures to follow soon:)

As someone who is going through the stress of planning a wedding right now, I have thought carefully about what makes a great wedding planner
1) Professionalism
Pam is as good as it gets here. Smiles often (genuine), very professional yet not stuffy, and given her former Fortune 500 professional background, it isn’t surprising that she is so polished.
2) Reliable and extremely organized
Fast reply time to emails and voicemails is so important to a stressed out bride and groom. Some planners underestimate this. Pam doesn’t. She replies quickly every single time. She is on time to meetings. She is as organized as they come.
3) Creativity
She really stands out here. Mos planners have good creative vendors but dont add their dose of creativity. Others do creative things that they have done before at other weddings. Pam though does a rare thing — she uses her own creative brain to come up with stuff unseen at other weddings. She is a creative mind and then some.
4) Easy to work with
Hard to meet someone nicer than Pam. She is a family oriented person by nature who is a devoted Mom. This shows in her nature. She is a loving person. So when you work with her, she is kind and respectful and patient.
It’s rare to find a planner who you can sign up and then sleep easy knowing your wedding planning will be extremely smooth and your wedding will be even better than you imagined. But Pam is just that. Highest recommendation here.
