I bought a brand new TV and a dryer from this place 3 years ago, the best quality works good and very low price love this place I always check for new item.

I purchased a used HTC One M7 that had the known pink camera issue and was not mentioned in the item description. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the problem until the return period had expired.

Last 2 items i purchased were listed as «like new» items but the tablet i purchased had the plastic body pulling away from the case. .and the phone i bought was listed as «like new» but wasn’t. . It is hit or miss. . a TV and radio i purchased earlier in the year were spot on, but lately it seems they are getting greedy and not describing things accurately !

This place is awesome and the prices are amazing! Be aware when shopping on line there are ‘handling’ charges. even when you pick up an order. They can be excessive which doesn’t quite offset the super cheap price of the item. Everything is described accurately per item, read carefully before you commit to buy.

These guys absolutely ROCK !!! I bought a Samsung TMobile phone from them, and it started giving me error messages about a week after I bought it. I emailed them and received a very prompt response. They said to first do a hard reset, and see if that worked. If it didn’t, they said they would replace it. So, after another week, I emailed them again and said it was still occuring, so they said to bring it in and they would exchange it. I bought it in the next day and they exchanged it with a little bit better of a phone and apologized that I had problems with the first one. They didn’t ask questions, nor did they give me the run around. They are extremely pleasant, professional, and courteous. I couldn’t be happier with their service !! Highly recommend !!

So far I have been a repeat buyer for most of July, It is good to see how helpful the people working here are. Even on the first visit, I got there at 9 AM sharp when they open, and Stephanie was commenting, she was still half-​asleep, but she cruised right through like most customer service do fully alert. Really happy with my purchases too. Great deals on new 2012 laptops at great discounts, plus a whole lot more.

This review is solely based on their terrible customer service. When we arrived, there was 3 computers and a desk. The desk had a bell and no one behind the counter. When we rung the bell and asked 1 question, the lady was rude and walked away before we could ask another. Basically, you use the computers to look at items. The bell must be to pick up your items. You are not allowed to look at the items or apparently, ask any questions. There were 3 people that helped us an older Asian man who was nice and helpful, a clueless young Asian man and a very rude blonde with facial piercings in her 20’s.
After we purchased, we waited 2 hours to get the email saying we could pick up the item. I called and was told the order was being processed. I explained i lived a ways away and was waiting for the item so I could drive home. The man on the phone said I could come down and pick it up. I found this really odd.
Anyway, they never emailed the receipts for the 2 items purchased nor did they give us a copy in person. The item was also missing a charger which we had to buy. I was listed in a very hard to find way in the items description.
The store smelled really bad of meat, like someone was frying sausages in the back. It made me feel really ill. I was there when we purchased and 2 hours later.
The product is great, their rudeness and lack of customer service is pretty bad. I doubt I will be back because of it.

Bought a phone with a mild defect but was rated Excellent quality. They asked me to respond to an email acknowledging that I understood it had an issue. Did that and a few hours later it was ready for pickup. Had my phone within 24 hours of buying it.
Phone is exactly as they said it was. Would definitely use this service again!

I’ve been a customer for a few years and the owner Jay makes sure his customers are satisfied. I haven’t been there in a few months since I didn’t need any products but I had an item I wanted to sell and they had some Ludacris Soul HD Headphone in their inventory I couldn’t resist and I ended up walking out with 2… then drove back 15 minutes later to get 1 more after being amazed about the superb quality of the product and what a good deal it was! Haha.
The transactions were quick and went smoothly. The items were «like new in box» as described and my sell order went through & I should expect a check within the next few business days.
They only have a few spots in the small lot so its best to park on the street. Happy to support a local business.

They have something called Jackpot on their website. I won one of those. The phone was listed as excellent condition. I got email confirmation asking me to pick up in 3 days otherwise they will charge $ 1 per day and cancel the item.
When I went to pick up, they said they do not have battery for phone and they contacted me by email. I am not sure if they know the meaning of phone ready for pickup.
Anyway, they offered me $ 5 credit or come back later for battery. I asked to see phone, and it had dents on lower left and upper right corners. A few deep enough dents (not dings, but dents). The screen appeared to be clean. The person helping me said, the phone was listed excellent not «like new». Their website says excellent is:
«Little sign of use. May have some very fine scuffs and/​or scratches.»
I am not sure if they missed the definition of «very fine» or something, but not upto the mark.
It was probably still a decent value not «Excellent» value I thought. This place felt like bait and switch to me. Probably ok for small cheap items, for anything bigger than 40 – 50 $ or showing condition as VERY GOOD, be careful, it may not meet your expectations.
They did refund my money quickly but wasted my time and were probably hopping I do not show up and they charge me those $ 1/​day storage fee as they clearly did not have all parts of item.

Heard about this place though word of mouth and I have to agree you can find some great deals here! I’ve found GPS systems, cell phones, cameras and e-​readers for at the very least 50−60% off these are like new with no signs of wear. So far I’ve been very pleased with the customer service and products I’ve received. Definitely check out their website for newly listed items.

I wish there was some truth in the owner’s comment he left. The only reason why he paid me a portion of the amount that I was quoted was because they supposedly lost (STOLE is more like it) the phones that I was told I would have returned. Here is the email:

The owner claims that I misread the email, but I’m sure that’s its pretty clearly written. I had to wait in the oven, and then have them tell me that my phones were misplaced, and then had someone else tell me they were sent out for scrap. I’m not sure why the people from DigiCircle is trying to contact me, there is no way they are going to return my devices, the transaction is done, all their email said was basically asking me to reconsider my initial post. There’s no reason for me to lie about my side of the situation, I’m posting this to make sure everyone considering this service to reconsider. Good luck.

I have been eagerly following the items on this site and was delighted to find a scanner radio I had been looking for at a reasonable price. I received it — right box and paperwork, but the wrong (much cheaper) radio was enclosed! These people should check their products before shipping — likely the seller they got it from switched out to the cheaper radio, but they should do their homework before forwarding a bait and switch (and it was defective on top of that!). Do yourself a favor… if it looks to good to be true…

Turned in a couple of old phones and got paid what the web site said and am very happy.

Well my rating of this place remains the same. I got what I paid for. I thought I was getting like «new items — open box» but I think they were returned retail items because one of the digital frames had personal pictures from the previous customer. I guess that is technically «like new — open box.» A month later the images in my digital frames started to fade.
It’s hit or miss there. My brother got a nice phone a year ago and it works to this day.

This was exactly what the place I was looking when I needed to get my wife a cell phone to hold her over until she can upgrade in a few months. I found a nice LG with qwerty keyboard for $ 35.
The webpage is what I first looked at and then I thought I’d go to the store to check out the founds. Now, here’s the part were it gets weird. They don’t really have a store front, as in you go and can’t see the stuff. You have to go online on the computers they have there and order your stuff. They’ll bring it out and if you don’t want it you can cancel the transaction after you see the item. However, if you paid cash for it at pick up, they can only return it for store credit for some reason. I have no idea why they have this policy since you just gave them the money.
The other thing to note is that they have a ‘handling’ fee. This was also kind of weird also because I bought a cell phone and a portable DVD player for about the same price yet the handling fees were very different (almost double for the DVD player — $ 4 vs $ 8). It’s still a great value so I didn’t think about it too much — just wanted to let the Unilocal community know.
I know have a new go-​to spot for used electronics.

Very hit or miss I bought a Samsung epic. Description said like new and the screen and body of phone where scratched up. I didn’t care about the scratch around the phone but the screen come on. I couldn’t use it because the ESN was still tied to an account. Very disappointed because i really liked that phone oh well so I bought it with sprint now that’s a different story.

For anyone that has issues with their cell phones and still got along way to go on their contracts, I recommend this place for temporary solution for not breaking and extending your contracts. Digicircle sells new, used cell phones and other electronics you can think of. You would have to check their website for availability for the phones. I would say that this place is a great alternative for used cell phones, rather than bidding on eBay. Pricing can be better than what you would pay on eBay. I had a Palm Pre for Sprint, but it died on me. So I ran into Digicircle on a random Craigslist ad.
The website was easy use and ordering was simple. I ended up getting a like new Blackberry 8530 to replace my Palm Pre. Luckily for me I can locally pickup the phone the same day I buy it. If I would have bid through eBay, It would have taken a couple days for it and/​or still would be bidding on a phone. I’m satisfied with my phone and will come here again if i need a temp cell phone or other electronics.

I lost my phone and this place was so helpful in getting me a phone/​charger. I placed my order online, went into the store and picked up my Samsung A177. I tried it out and it was a piece of shit because the keyboard lagged and couldn’t keep up with my typing. So I placed an order for a Pantech Impact the same day in their store and it was ready in less than 10 minutes.
Phone is in decent condition, I would just recommend inspecting it before you take it home with ya. The workers there will be gladly to exchange it. The workers there are SUPER nice and welcoming too, which is why I gave the 5 stars.
Anyway, if you lose your phone and need a replacement fast and don’t wanna go through the troubles of craigslist and whatever, this is the place to go.

I sold them my old cell phone and received less than half of what was originally promised. What a rip!
