coolest place ever. lots of weird memorabilia and stuff you won’t find anywhere else. I like to browse around and just see what turns up. If you’re ever in the Nile district in Fremont, pop in.

I have not been here since I was a kid. Yes, I said a kid. I was 15 but passed for 18 back then. I scored a HUGE collection of underground comix back then and read them often over the years. They all disappeared with my ex-wife but I figure that was a fair trade off. I remember going back to this shop about 10 years ago but realized it had seen better days. It was still interesting to poke around and that distinctive smell of incense brought back all those fond memories of cutting school and looking to see if anything new came across that comix rack behind the counter. If you’re ever in Niles, be sure to stop by. This is about as «evil» as Niles gets. Unless you come across that white witch up in the canyon, but that’s another story.

This place is definitely unique, and one of the oldest headshops I know of. Ive always passed by it when I was a youngster, remembering what the hell was in there. But that ended once I was 18yrs. and finally got to check it out. This place is the place to get all your lovely«needs»; Porn/paraphenalia/novelty items/etc. This headshop totally stands out to all the other shops in the Nile district area, aka«Old Hollywood», but thats why its so unique in its own way. I like going to Niles area.

This place has stood the test of time. It has been one of the only local headshops around and its been here for years. You can always find something interesting at the devils workshop!

Wow, I haven’t been here for probably 10 years. But back then this was the source for anything your mother didn’t want you to see or have for that matter. Well worth a visit which reminds me to revisit this place next time I am in Niles.

Yes the Devil’s Workshop is a unique place. So is Niles District. It’s worth a visit if you want something different than your typical glitzy Mall store. This is about as funky as it gets.

Possibly the oddest shop you’d find in Fremont but then it’s in the Niles district so there you go. How to describe? Part biker paraphenalia, part head shop, part pronography store, part novelty store. Not a place to take your religious friends or anyone who is otherwise squeamish or uptight but if you’re looking for something rather alternative this is probably one of your only choices in Fremont.
