Michael is a very personable and professional business coach. He helps you see things from a very broad perspective. He helped me deal with the IRS when I used to believe they were honest folks. When I discovered they are not always telling the truth and use alot of very unethical practices, especially when they deal with a small business owner directly. He reassured me that in all things there are good and bad. He went with me to Walnut Creek and talked with a very nice woman from the IRS. He helped me to understand that keeping your records in order and documenting things are very important. He gives you very practical ways of dealing with things that may seem very overwhelming when your in life situations with family and business that feels like a life jacket on a stormy raft in the middle of an ocean.
